Think Big

Thinking is the highest function we are capable of.  The question is what really is it to think?  We think about 60,000 thoughts a day, but they are mostly the same repetitive thoughts every day.  The to do list; like I need to cook dinner, I am scheduled to meet with a client today, I need to make this phone call, what if this doesn’t work out?, etc etc etc…  Albert Einstein stated Thinking… “What, precisely, is thinking?  When, at the reception of sense impressions, memory pictures emerge, this is not yet ‘thinking.’ And when such pictures form series, each member of which calls forth another, this too is not yet ‘thinking.’  When, however, a certain picture turns up in many series, then-precisely through such return-it becomes an ordering element for such series… Such an element becomes an instrument, a concept.  I think that the transition from free association or ‘dreaming’ to thinking is characterized by the more or less dominating role which the ‘concept’ plays in it.”  In simpler turns, we think in pictures and by exercising the faculty of visualization we will begin to attract to us every thing necessary to fulfill that picture.  Albert Einstein also said “Imagination is more powerful than knowledge.”  Order is heaven’s first law, and visualization places things in their natural order, then it must be a heavenly thing to visualize.  So start dreaming and imagine what your life would look like by thinking , feeling and than taking action!!! Johann Wolfgang von Goethe said “Whatever you can do or dream, begin it.  Boldness has genius, power, and magic to it.”  Donald Trump said “If you’re going to be thinking anyway, you might as well be thinking BIG!!!” Click here to learn more about thinking BIG
