Time Flies

May 31, 2012

Do you feel like you never have enough time? Have you heard the expression that time flies?  Well it sort of does. The earth is rotating faster and time is speeding up! Time is flying. Now instead of feeling like your behind and always late like the white rabbit in Alice and Wonderland, where he says I’m late, I’m late for a very important date, no time to say hello, goodbye, I’m late, I’m late I’m late. Rushing and hurrying through life will only create anxiety, fear and worry. Slowing down is not what you want to do either because time is flying and you want to get on the time machine so you can be on the same plane. What you need to do is calm down. This will create ease, and a sense of oneness with time, so your in the flow, in the moment with it.
So I invite you to stop what your doing, take a deep breath in, relax and just get in sync with the world. Feel this beautiful planet Earth rotating on its axis moving outward and expanding in to greater and greater expression.
Yes she is alive and she needs each of us to realize this.
Put on your seat belts because she will take you on the best ride of your life!!! Fast and furious!!! Hey you might even find a worm hole!!!

insight    — n 1. the ability to perceive clearly or deeply; penetration 2. a penetrating and often sudden understanding, as of a complex situation or problem 3. psychol  a. the capacity for understanding one’s own or another’s mental processes  b. the immediate understanding of the significance of an event or action 4. psychiatry  the ability to understand one’s own problems, sometimes used to distinguish between psychotic and neurotic disorders
I have been working with a personal coach who has been helping me grow and move forward in my life on all fronts. This takes tremendous insight on my part to really see what I really want my life to look like. One of the assignments he has me doing is spending some time looking at my life backwards. Seeing myself at my 75th birthday and hearing what people are saying about me, seeing where it is taking place, who is present and really getting clear as to what I have accomplished in my life.  This takes tremendous insight into what I actually really want in my life.
Children become insightful when they begin to ask questions like why is the sky blue or where do babies come from?
We want to know the answers to what our lives will look like, that is why people seek out psychics.  If we spend the time looking within we will find the answers to what it is we want, need and desire. We then will create it! Look within and become insightful.
Ask and it shall be given
Seek and you shall find
Knock and it shall open

Adapt to Change

May 9, 2012

If there is one certainty today, it is constant change. The world is moving at a faster and faster pace. How do we keep up with this change? Being adaptable and flexible is key to staying on target. What seemed to be working a year ago might not be today. Adapting to new and trying situations will keep us ahead of the curve.
We must consistently reevaluate where we are and see if things are working for us or not and adjust  our sail. Being flexible and adapting to change will help us stay sharp and focused. If something is not working for you and causing you chronic stress, ask yourself what can I do to eliminate this? How can I make things better? Stay open to the answers.  The best question you can ask yourself is How!!! The answers will come if your open, flexible and able to stay adaptable.
As Paul Simon sings “Just make a new plan Stan, get off the bus Gus and set your self free.”

The Little Things

May 4, 2012

Did you know that it is the little things we do or don’t do that can change your life. Every day we choose to either move forward or fall behind. The little things add up to big things. There actually is a simple formula based on what is called the law of incremental improvements. The Japanese call this the Kaizen principle. In Japanese Kaizen means “continuous betterment.” The law of incremental improvement simply means that you accomplish extraordinary things by becoming a tiny bit better each day.

The little things, those slight improvements every day compounds, and like interest affects your productivity, performance and output.

So don’t get caught up with thinking that you must to big things. Get into action and just do something every day just a little and keep doing it and eventually you will be doing big things.
Every day in every way I am getting better and better and better!!!
