God, Love and Energy

August 28, 2012

Where do you get your energy from? From the food we eat, to the people we associate with, from the work we do and from the activities we choose to engage in, all contribute to the amount of energy we have.
Actually life exists between the connection of matter and energy. Energy is all around us and inside of us. It can not be created or destroyed.  The entire physical universe is bound together and connected by energy.
If your feeling down, you usually don’t have much energy to do anything. However if someone calls you that you really love and asks you if you want to get together, all of a sudden you get a burst of energy, right.  So where does this energy come from? Love, love is the ultimate energy. We are all seeking this in one way or another. We are reaching out to connect to the source, which is love, God or energy. They are all one of the same.
So the next time your feeling drained, plug into source energy, love, and reboot your energy supply. It is always available, 24/7.

Your Shadow Side

August 22, 2012

We all have a dark side or shadow side to ourselves. We live in a world of dualities, and the more we embrace our shadow side, the more we will become a vibrational match to what we desire in life. After all we wouldn’t have a shadow if there wasn’t a light casting behind it.  To integrate all aspects of ourselves is when we become whole and in alignment to our authentic self.
If we resist seeing the shadow side, then this dark force within will loom over us like a phantom ready to pounce when the opportunity strikes.
Allow your shadow to have a voice. Feel your feelings, there neither good or bad, right or wrong, positive or negative, they just are. Our shadow can at times appear taller than we actually are, isn’t that interesting? This is an illusion from our light source, that we can play with the dark, and have some fun creating with our shadow.
So the next time your shadow seems to be over powering you, remember the light is right behind it, casting it’s magnificent rays, illuminating and revealing all with in you. You are one, you are whole, you are the light of the world!

Is Life Fair?

August 15, 2012

Did you ever hear yourself or any one say life’s not fair? I know I have. I have thought this myself when I was younger and less aware of the laws of the universe. My children use to say it when they were kids and my Mom still says it. I listen to peoples conversations and hear them say from time to time that life isn’t fair.
Actually, we are all were we need to be whether we want to admit that or not. Life has giving us exactly what we need to learn the lessons that are meant just for us. So is this fair? If we see ourselves as victims, life will give us just that, more situations that reinforces this belief. If we see ourselves overcoming our challenges than we are free to triumph over the feeling of being a victim.
God is good all the time and does not play favorites. Life may seem unfair, however this is only because we limit our thinking to feeling sorry for ourselves. I have gone through many, many personal struggles and I could have allowed these struggles to believe that life isn’t fair but I choose to step out of this limiting belief to reach higher and appreciate where and what I’ve gone through to mold me into the person I am today.
So if you believe life isn’t fair, think again, look around and see that others have overcome their difficulties through believing in something better, something that drives them to being all they can be.
It is ok it sit on the pity potty once in awhile but remember to flush!

No Regrets

August 8, 2012

After all is said and done, I have no regrets for anything I have done in my life, because it has made me who I am. Can you do the same? Can you live your life with no regrets? I have traveled extensively around the world, owned my own businesses , bought and sold homes, raised two daughters, had many lovers and accomplished many goals. I have not done things perfectly and have made many mistakes along the way, however, I have no regrets. I did the best I knew at the time,  improve and become more aware as I journey through life. I love life and to live it with gusto I choose to release any guilt, and have no regrets. So I continue to set new goals for myself, to aspire higher and to give life all it has giving me which is opportunity to grow and thrive. I feel blessed to have this awareness which came to me because I never gave in or up. Of course I had times of sadness, loneliness, victim hood and all those negative feelings. I over came them by always searching for the truth and marching forward even when I didn’t feel like it. Now I can look back on my life with no regrets and move forward to accomplish so much more. Because at the end of my life I will never say I should have, would have or could have! I could have been a contender. I want to play in the game of life and have absolutely no regrets!
