What’s Your Fear?

January 29, 2013

fearDo what you fear most and you control fear.” Tom Hopkins

What are you afraid of? Fear is the ultimate cause or tap-root of all sickness, failure, and disappointment. There are three enemies that you must get in touch with, within yourself if you are to truly live a joyful life. They are indecision, doubt and fear. These three negatives are closely intertwined. Indecision will lead to doubt and doubt will crystallize fear. That is why it is so important to examine your thoughts, question if the thought is limiting or moving you in the direction of your purpose.
The six basic fears are, the fear of poverty, criticism, ill health, loss of love of someone, old age and death. All of these fears are nothing more than a state of mind. You might believe you really don’t have any fears, however if you took inventory and a courageous analysis of yourself, you will uncover and discover one of these deeply rooted fears.  These fears keep us in bondage and handicaps us from a life of free expression. What is holding you back? Can’t make up your mind? Not sure? Confused? Oh no, here comes the fear!
Action conquers fear. Do the thing you are afraid of.
Fear knocked on the door and faith answered it and no one was there.

Paradigm Shift

January 22, 2013

PARADIGM SHIFT“To ignore the power of paradigms to influence your judgment is to put yourself at significant risk when exploring the future. To able to shape your future you have to be ready and able to change your paradigms.”
Joel Barker

Did you know that paradigms could be controlling virtually every move you make? So what exactly is a paradigm?
A paradigm is a bundle of habits, work practices, attitudes, beliefs and expectations. You approach and react to the world around you , interpreting what you see and experience according to your shared understandings and culturally determined guidelines. A paradigm, in a sense, tells you that there is a game, what the game is, and how to play it successfully.  A paradigm shift then, is a change to a new game, or a new set of rules and when the rules change, the whole world will appear to be changing.

So do you have limiting beliefs that are holding you back from playing your best game?  If so, you must begin to change your paradigms. How do you do this? Through awareness or consciousness. When you begin to fully realize that thought causes all, you will be on your way to shift your paradigms.
It’s only a thought away.

Instant Gratification

January 16, 2013

instant gratificationWe live in a world where people expect instant gratification. We can get information immediately through goggle, or purchase something on the spot with our credit cards or get in touch with anyone at any time. We expect results fast. However there is a law of gestation that must take place in order to produce the desired results of life. These are natural laws that can not be changed, altered or manipulated. A tomato takes 7-14 days to germinate, an elephant takes 18 to 24 months to give birth, a human about 9 months.
We nurture the tomato seed by planting it in good soil, water it, plant it in good sun, fertilize it and then wait. Once its germinated, then we take care of it so it can produce plenty of tomatoes.
Well the same goes for an idea. Although we don’t know exactly when an idea will germinated into reality we do know the same laws apply. If we plant the seed (idea) in a positive mind, nurture it by thinking of it often in a relaxed state, take some action every day toward its results it will  get born. It has to. But don’t expect instant gratification. Planting and harvesting does not come in the same season. You will be rewarded by the bounty with patience, tending your garden and preparation.
A time to plant and a time to reap.
There is a season and a time for every purpose under heaven.

Hold on to Nothing ,Let Go of Everything, Go Above the BS

January 9, 2013

letting go
I recently had dinner with a very dear friend of mine. As always we get into some deep and meaningful conversations. She has been through more than most people will ever experience in their lives and God has granted her an Angel that shines so bright that he has lifted her from all the BS (that’s bull shit). She said some thing that has profoundly shifted the way I see everything. That is hold on to nothing, and let go of everything, go above the BS! Now I know that when I let go and let God magical and wonderful things happen. I just never heard it the way she said it. Hold on to nothing and let go of everything. It was so liberating that I became lighter and felt more free than I ever have.
So what are you holding on to? Let it all go, everything in this life is transient any way. Go above all the BS, and lift the glass ceiling from your mind. When you do life gets better and better.
So hold on to nothing and let go of everything, go above the BS.

Happy New Year

January 2, 2013

happy-new-year-2013--americaHappy New Year!! Well, it’s another year gone by and like most people, New Years resolutions are on peoples mind. The three big new years resolutions are earn more money, lose weight and to find that special someone if you aren’t in a relationship already (or aren’t happy in your present one.)
New Years can start new any day when you first decide what it is you really want, then commit to take action on it. Begin now to move forward without regard to what the results are presently and see, feel and believe that you can achieve what ever you desire.
Take some time to reflect on the past and write out a description of what you want for the future, look at it every day and really get emotionally charged when you read it.
Let the universe take care of the details, however take some steps every day to move forward on your vision and goals and by next year you will be living that New Years resolution!!
This is the year to make it happen, go for it!!
