What ever you do in life, do it the best way you can. Last night I went to my local toastmasters meeting and a member gave an inspirational talk on one of Martin Luther Kings speeches about doing your best. No matter what you do in life, whether it is a street sweeper or a CEO of a large company, do your work with pride, diligence and passion. This reminded me of Miguel Angel Ruiz’s book The Four Agreements. One of the agreements is always do your best. Your best will change if your not feeling well to when you are well, however, where ever you are, give it the best you have to give at the time. If you always give your best, the best will always, come back to you.
Everyone has stress in their lives. Stress is a necessary part of growing, learning and developing. However, stress can rob you of your health, peace of mind and ability of dealing with things effectively. So how do you distinguish when stress is becoming the overriding factor of becoming something negative? Stop, take a deep breath and put some order to your to do list. First things first. Order is the first law of the universe. When you take the time to put things in their proper place everything will align up and you will be back in the flow of things.
We all of a tendency to get overwhelmed when we have so very much to do. Just remember to calm down, get in a good vibration and start fresh. When your mind is thinking in an orderly way, your world will reveal all.
We are all connected. We are made of stardust. Right down to the tinniest quantum particle that creates matter, is all a symphony. It is all beautifully orchestrated into this dance of life. All we need to do is become aware of this web of connectedness. To become the master of our thoughts, feelings and actions to create peace, express love and share our wisdom.
All the challenges we face in the world can be solved by a shift in consciousness.
Open your selves up to realize that we are all connected to each other, to nature the cosmos, and God.

Any time is a perfect time to plan ahead and decide on what and how you want your life to look like. However, January is a time of new beginnings, so why not create your plan now.
