The more I live, the more I love life. I am so happy and grateful to experience all the mysteries, joys, wonders, abundance and turbulance life offers. I love to dance. I love nature. I love science. I love music. I love to give and recieve. I love animals, art, books, and the list goes on and on and on. I am thankful that my heart is full of joy! Deep down inside of me I wish everyone can feel this love for life. Life is precious and fragile. Lets help each other to remember this and awaken to love. It will open your heart and your life will be full of love!
If you want to think clearer and feel better, spend some time in nature. The plant world holds the key to unlocking our confusion and troubles. It soothes our soul and provides life-giving oxygen for us to breath. I once owned and operated a horticultural business. I would install and maintain plants in homes and office’s. These plants brought the outside world inside and helped people become calmer, more productive and healthier. People need the connection with nature. In our technological world where many people sit in an office or indoors for most of the day never being exposed to any nature, a condition called nature dfecit disorder occurs. We become disconnected. Nature deficit disorder also is the disconnect from our food supply, our wanting to irraticate all insects, and anything that separates us from the natural world. When we learn to reconnect and live in harmony with our natural world, balance will be restored. So I invite you to spend some time in nature and reconnect with our life giving planet earth.
The world is going through massive change. Everything negative that you can possibly image and unfathom is bubbling up from the depths of existence to be healed. In naturopathic terms, this is called a healing crisis. Now is the time to look within yourself to see what needs healing. Healing happens from the inside out. It must surface in order for the dis-ease to be revealed and released. Our Mother Earth is going through a healing crisis.
It is time to individually let go of all the behaviors that do not serve our greater good. It is time for a paradigm shift. Individually we can make a difference. collectively we will thrive. We are all experiencing a healing crisis to uncover the parts of ourselves that no longer sustain our lives. We need to surrender to transform. Let go of the old and allow God to open up the portal to wholeness and connection.
There is a way of breathing, that’s a shame and suffocation.
And there’s another way of expiring, a love-breath that lets you open infinitly. Rumi
When something is not healthy, and we know that it is not good for us, but I we do it anyway, I wonder if we really know this. When I coach people to help them move forward in their lives and change their thoughts, I hear them say that they know they must. But sometimes, they don’t, and say they know. So why do we know something, but it seems like we don’t know. If we know that smoking is unhealthy then why do people still smoke? Is it that they just don’t want to have the discomfort of going through withdrawal sysmtoms and pain? The real reason is that there is a disconnect, betwen the mind and body, and until we unite these two there will be ambiguity in our souls and spirit. We must learn to find harmony within us to unit our mind and body. When we think, feel and act in unison, we will being to attract the forces of the universe to aid us on our path. Then we will really know, and now that we know.
