New Year, New You

December 30, 2014

new year new youAny time, is a great time to set goals for yourself and become more of who you are. Most people begin the New Year by setting goals to loss weight, or exercise more, start a new project, take a class to get a promotion at work, work on a relationship issue, or earn more money. What ever you desire, you must begin by setting the goal and writing it down. Look it those goals often through out the day and see yourself already having them accomplished. You must become emotionally charged with your goals. Begin where you are, hire a life coach to set yourself accountable and take the necessary steps to achieving your goals. 2015 is a New beginning. Now is the only time you have. Goethe said, “Whatever you can do or dream you can do, begin it! Boldness has genius power, and magic in it. Begin it now!”

The universe loves action! There is no attraction without the action.

So set your sail, and start your New Year with a New You!

Happy, Healthy and Blessed, New Year to all!

Visit The Imagine Nation

December 23, 2014
imagination Einstein said that Imagination is more powerful than knowledge. When you are able to imagine the life you desire to live, you are tapping into the most powerful resources of your mind that is connecting to infinite intelligence. In the movie, Miracle On  34th Street, Chris Kringle was explaining to little Natalie how there is a French nation, and British nation and an Imagine Nation. To get there, you only need to play and let your self dream of anything your heart desires. Imagination has infinite possibilities.  These magical days of this season, allow yourself to dream lofty dreams, and visit the Imagine Nation often. The world is in need of people who can Imagine.  Imagine peace on earth. What would it look like and feel like? If enough people can visit this place together, we can create it. Wishing everyone a Joyous Christmas, and Happy Chanukah.

Staying Calm Under Pressure

December 16, 2014

I don’t know about you but this time of year always seems like I have more to do than usually. Many people become overwhelmed with the to do list, besides juggling day-to-day activities. The extra pressure of commercializing and the frenzy of trying to do it all can send you over the edge. So how do you stay calm under the pressure? I find that a daily practice of meditation, dance, and healthy food choices will keep me grounded and connected to Infinite Intelligence. So many people are confronted with health challenges, financial issues, and relationship difficulties, that anything else will create a feeling of anxiety. So STOP! You do not need to feed the system, feed your soul! Saying calm under the pressure takes practice. Turn off the telivision, turn on good music. Disconnect the artificial lights and connect to your inner light. You do not need the Christmas tree, the lastest gadget, or junk underneath it, to remind you of this wonderful time of year. The filling of joy, giving, and peace will radiate out of you when you stay calm under the pressure. The sharks may be swimming all around you but you are one with the universe.

God Bless!!!

From Every Failure is the Seed to Success

December 2, 2014

I have had many failures in my life. Some were harder to endure than others. However, I always got up and tried again. For every failure holds the seed to success. The oak tree sleeps in the acorn; the bird waits in the egg; and in the highest vision of the soul a waking angel stirs. Dream, imagine, and take action every day toward your vision. The idea is planted in your mind for a reason. It must be cultivated, before you harvest the reward. Every failure brings you one step closer to success. So never give up on your worthy idea. Fail forward. A baby learns to walk by falling down many times. A young child learns to ride a bicycle by getting back up on it. So don’t stop now, keep on learning, growing, giving your best, and before you know it you will have cracked open the seed to success.
