Energy cannot be created or destroyed. To create light you need a negative charge as well as a positive charge. You also need a filament or connector that creates a resistance between the two forces to turn on the light. The greater the resistance the greater the amount of light that is emitted.
The same principle applies to our minds. We all have positive thoughts and negative ones. So what is the filament or connector that supplies the energy that turns your light on? It is your adversities or challenges. If you can understand this principle of the natural law and apply it to your life, you can become a beacon of light, illuminating the world. If you go against this principle and allow negativity to be the stronger force, your energy will be weak and eventually your light will burn out quickly. We need the contrast to keep us strong and bright. Energy cannot be created our destroyed. Spirit is the great source of power that supplies the endless stream of light that we must convert into thought. So turn up the wattage in your mind by using your imagination to solve any problem that you might be facing. Eureka, I’m having a light bulb moment!

Are you eating fast food while doing things on your computer, driving, reading the newspaper or any other task that are robbing you of the shear joy of the meal. Or are you engaged in an argument at breakfast lunch or dinner? Or maybe your just thinking negative thoughts while your eating. Well if you are, you are also digesting toxins from the negative energy that you are picking up from your thoughts, feelings and actions. This can result in a host of dis-eases that will eventually lead to chronic physical conditions. Food is meant to be enjoyed. It is a sacred ritual that so many have forgotten to celebrate. I remember when I was a young girl in Bavaria, my grandmother would lay out a feast at her farm house and we would all get together and eat in a joyous atmosphere. It seems like we are all so busy and just grab something quick, eat quick and gobble down our meal. It is like were speed eating. Good food is nourishment for our body and the more we can slow down and actually digest this fact the more we will replenish our well being. So, for your next meal, may I suggest that you bless your food, put down the newspaper, shut off the TV, computer or phone, and be grateful for your food. Not only will the food be nourishing your body, the higher vibration will nourish your soul.

We are all powerful creators and when we set our intention on what we want to create we can manifest that desire. Yesterday, I was on a plane flying home from California and I had such an enjoyable conversation with the person sitting next to me. We made a real connection. My intention before boarding the plane was to sit next to someone who was open for conversation and friendly. Well, I definitely got what I asked for. It was a small intention, however if it turned out that the person was not friendly, well it would have been a whole other experience. Then again, I wanted to set another intention for my train ride home from the airport.I wanted to met a new person and share our contact information. You know what? Presto, it happened. I met a beautiful woman from Panama who was looking for help getting on the correct train and was a little afraid of asking anyone. She approached me, and soon we were talking and sharing things about our family, country and other things. We exchanged contact information too! Our intentions create our reality. What intention do you have for your day? Before getting out of bed, declare that this will be a good day and wonderful things are coming your way. Then go about your day and notice what happens. Set the intention before you do anything and marvelous things await you…

Thoughts are fleeting, they come and go. We think of quite a lot of them through out the course of the day. But is there intelligence behind them? Thoughts like; What am I going to eat for dinner, I need to bring my jacket to the cleaners or any of these kind of thoughts are not true thinking. They are just memorized behavioral patterns. To think clearly is like lifting weights. At first you begin with solving puzzles or maybe creating something small but new, then you can go to the next level with heavier weights, and move into a more focused and sustained level of thinking. You become consciously aware of your thoughts and stop reacted to the stimuli around you and respond with a sense of purpose. Thoughts can be likened to currency of energy. Where are you investing your time and energy? If your not thinking clearly, you are losing energy and just like money you will become bankrupt if you spend them on things that are not giving you a good return. So if you desire to think clearly and have more energy, be careful of the thoughts you think. If you want compounded interest, I suggest you invest in a coach to guide you in the right direction. All the rest will fall into place.
