The Great Awakening

December 31, 2020

We all have gone through some major changes since the beginning of 2020. So many adjustments, changes, revaluations, and patience were required to navigate through these uncertain times. As you reflect, what have you discovered about yourself that you weren’t aware of before? Did you take the time to learn any thing new? If not, now is the perfect time to go on a deep dive to applying, understanding and studying the principles of life that will surely wake you, shake you and take you on the ride of your life for 2021!

There is something mysterious and magical that happens when you finally are ready to free your mind, heart, and spirit. When you say YES to you and begin believing in yourself.

Here are seven questions to ask yourself this New Year, that I received from one of my mentors.

1-What do you hope for this coming year that is different from other years?

2-How do you want to improve your life this year?

3-What do you want to contribute to your community to make it a better place?

4-How do you want to be different by the end of the year?

5-Whose life do you want to improve and how will you do that?

6-What changes are unfolding in your life that you need to cooperate with and what does that mean?

7-In what ways or ways do you want to deepen your spiritual life?

Take some time to contemplate your answers and hold them near and dear to your heart to raise your vibration.

And most of all, remember to play, dance and sing every day!

Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy, and peaceful New Year!

Look Up Into the Sky

December 21, 2020

Season’s Greetings,

Before we usher in a New Year, there are some mystical and magical events occurring on our planet. The winter solstice in the northern hemisphere which is on December 21, 2020 will bring two planets so close that they look like one. This has not happened for over 800 years. Of all the years this can occur it is happening now! Coincidence or synchronized cosmic order? The sky is asking us to look up into the heavens and evoke the light that this being offered as a gift.

Here is something I wrote a few years back which has more meaning to me now as I embrace the changes that are happening in the world. You might find it a bit woo-woo, but I Am woo-woo.

As my physical body moves with the energy of the lunar body, I feel closer to the sun than ever before.

This day in time and space is reflecting to me where I have journeyed and how I can manifest my future to align with my highest intentions.

As another earth year has travelled around the infinite vastness of our universe, enlightened souls are on the front line riding the wave of expansion. We are here to awaken the ones who are still fast asleep to their true essence.

The winter solstice is a time of high vibration. It is an opening to the portal of source energy.  It is a spiral stairway of evolution birthing a new divine destiny.

This vortex is open for anyone who chooses to connect with pure consciousness. Once inside this field you become one with all that is and all that ever was. You release the past to create a new you and a new earth. One of love, peace, and joy.

Now is the time to manifest a miracle on our earth. Light workers around the planet are collectively uniting with the beings of ascended source energy to co-create a glorious and magnificent new earth.

Humanity is experiencing a renaissance of divine love.   Breath in this truth and feel the presence of these beautiful patterns of love emerging within your soul.

The sacred feminine energy is guiding all of us to open our hearts to inspire higher.

As I shift my consciousness and align with source energy tonight, I ask all the entities of my highest self to assist me to fulfill my sacred contract that I agreed to before I choose to have this human experience.

A blessed and joyful Holiday to all.

You’ve Got to Feel to Heal

December 2, 2020

All great changes are proceeded by chaos.

Deepak Chopra

There is no denying that the world is in crisis. I feel that everyone is feeling the effects that have shifted how we are living our lives.

What are you yearning for? What is it that you feel is missing? What do you believe has been taken away from your life? How can we change? How has our social systems kept us from reaching our full potential? The paradigms that have been controlling every aspect of how we live our lives are crumbling before our eyes. We are being stripped down to the very core of our being, to reexamine what we truly value. It is like being an addict hitting rock bottom. I believe collectively that is what we are going through. Until we face and feel our pain, hurt, fears, insecurities, guilt, and shame, we will continue to suffer and create the delusion of stability. What might you be addicted to? A position, power, fam, money, food, material objects, sex, drugs, alcohol, work, a relationship, your phone, TV, gambling, shopping, stinken thinking or what is referred to as the ism’s. How can we give the world our best when we have become numb to ourselves? In the book The Paradigm Conspiracy the authors write “ The call to name addiction as addictions, pain as pain, system craziness as system craziness, and the control paradigm as soul-violating is according to wisdom teachings, the wake-up call from our souls.”

The First Step is admitting we are in pain.

The Second Step is waking up to your souls calling and

The Third Step is reclaiming your innate creative powers.

Through this process we withdraw our commitment to a paradigm that is not working and start evolving a new one. The word conspire comes from conspirare, which means to “breath together”.  A cultural paradigm begins with each person stepping out of the old and breathing something new.

You are more than just your physical body. You are a part of the collective whole. To paraphrase Claude Levi-Strauss, we are the universe coming together in a unique way so that transforming experiences can happen. If we don’t live our souls, what could have happened doesn’t.

A poem from Rumi:

This is how a human being can change:

There’s a worm addicted to eating grape leaves.

Suddenly, he wakes up,

Call it Grace, whatever, something wakes him, and he’s no longer a worm

He’s the entire vineyard,

And the orchard too, the fruit, the trunks, a growing wisdom and joy,

That doesn’t need to devour.”
