It All Adds Up

Mathematics is the most beautiful and most powerful creation of the human spirit!                    Stefan Banach

Wow, this is such a huge decree!!! I wish all people could really embrace this. I was always a bit intimidated by math, although I grew up with a brother who is a math genius and engineer.  I even have a famous great grandfather who made history as an hydrolic engineer and bridge builder in Munich Germany. I was more of the creative, dancer, artist type. However, I have come to realize that these too are mathematics. How we think, feel and act are all patterns. The planets, the natural world and all man made things all come from the wonders of mathematics! Sports, sales, science and spirituality are touched by the hands of numbers, calculations, and formulas.

As above so below. From every microcosm to every macrocosm the universe is sacred geometry. When we align to this truth we will open the door to even greater dimensions that are there still waiting to be discovered.

To bring it closer to home, when you look at your life as a sacred one, and live according to these principles, everything improves in your life.

Liberation from suffering is easier than our habit-patterns and unconscious beliefs “think” it to be.

Are you ready to open up your consciousness to receive healing on all levels of your being?

I would love to show you how it’s done…..

It’s Your Time

March 29, 2018

It’s all in the timing. Iv’e heard this over and over during my life, however most of us are pressured to follow a linear path in life, doing things in a certain order. That’s how I grew up believing.  You go to school, graduate, get a good job, buy a house, start a family and on to retirement and repeat with grand kids.   When things do not follow this pattern we can get depressed because we are not following this herd mentality.   We might feel like there is something wrong with us if the timing doesn’t work out according to “plan”.

My life certainly does not follow this pattern and many people who go on to accomplish great things didn’t either. You can not rush, push, force or coerce your time. If you try, you will probably end of feeling like a failure in life and that is so far from the truth.

Your internal clock is different than anyone else’s. Your time will come when you are doing what you love, being who you authentically are, and listening to your heart. Everyone has their own inner clock and it is ticking and keeping time in precise order. Just remember to watch your own watch and not keep time on someone else’s. It’s always your time…….

If you need guidance to get into your own rhythm of life lets talk. Get in touch, it will be one of your greatest gifts you give yourself.

Respond-Ability

March 22, 2018

It is not only for what we do that we are held responsible, but also for what we do not do.                                                              Moliere

This is such a powerful quote that made me think of all the things I am responsible for. I love my work and feel a deep sense of responsibility to be a great coach. I invest a lot of time, money and energy to improve myself every day. However I feel that being responsible is also about  speaking my truth, standing in my truth and stepping into my power.

In the past, I was a people pleaser so I would compromise myself for the sake of others.

That wasn’t being responsible to myself. The first person I must be accountable to is me. To stand in my own power and truly be my best, I must understand my values take responsibility for them. This is being and giving your best. I coach many people who are learning this as well. Learning to say NO and speaking their truth and living their best life is the responsible way.

How about you? Are you ready to stand in your power? If you need help let’s talk.

Here is my Tedx talk to watch too.

Darkness Matters

March 14, 2018

We are not here to curse the darkness but to light the candle that can guide us thru that darkness to a safe and sane future.                                                                                                                                     John F. Kennedy

The world has gotten brighter and brighter. It is difficult to really find complete darkness any more. The night sky is veiled with the lights from buildings, homes, and so many sources. In one sense it has helped us progress and feel safer at night, however it has also hindered our connection with the mystical wisdom of the cosmos. It is there that we find the answers to what our souls are questing for. Darkness matters. When we see the natural illumination from the heavens above, we can light the way inward into our hearts.

Far to many people are depressed, even in a world where we have lit all of the darkness corners. Why? We look down instead of looking up! Go into the darkness, connect to the night sky and find the magnificence of where you actually came from.

When I coach people, I help them see their dark side as well as their light. It is there that they get to see their wholeness and get in touch with a part of themselves that was hidden.  When you reveal your darkness your light will shine even brighter!

Here some beauty of the night light for your enjoyment.

Mozart in the Morning

March 1, 2018

I was at the airport the other day waiting for my flight to leave when I engaged in a conversation with a retired teacher. I love to meet new people and find out about them.  She was telling me how she would love to play Mozart in the morning to her students. She said that it created such a peaceful mood in her class. Classical music has proven to relax and create a profound learning effect on the minds of children. So why isn’t it played in every school? What if each day students walked into their classroom listening to classical music? Can this change the brain waves of the children?

Children as well as adults learn when we are in an environment of feeling safe and nurtured. The prefrontal cortex of the brain is receptive to creating new ideas and willing to open up and share. When we feel threatened and fearful, the brain shuts down and we go into into a fight or flight protective mode. So which environment do you want your children exposed to?  Teachers having guns or playing Mozart in the morning?

Raising happy, healthy smart and and peaceful children is the result of proven science. Creating an environment that promotes this is just implementing it. Let’s play Mozart rather than arm the teachers with guns.

Here is some Mozart to start your day!

Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Want to learn more about how to train your brain? Hire a coach today. Coaching changes lives!

Your Possibilities, Drift or Design?

February 22, 2018

If you don’t design your own life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.    Jim Rohn

I was having a conversation with a dear friend of mine the other day and we were discussing what matters most to us. We were asking each other questions that were really creating us to open ourselves up to look at what were the things that we really care about. What does it mean to live an excellent life? What is a good life? What do you value? What do you still want to accomplish? …

We are never to young or old to design our lives. If we don’t design our lives we will drift, and most likely your going to wind up shipwrecked. So why not take the time to ask yourself some questions. Life isn’t about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.

It’s about disrupting yourself and looking for ways to improve and master a skill, talent or gift. If you are having difficulty knowing what you want to design, then hire a coach. They can uncover parts of yourself that you can’t see.

Rising above will help you get a better and broader view of the bigger picture, and there you can begin to design from a whole new perspective. So design or drift? It is your choose. Which will you chose?
