Less Is More

Most of us are being bombarded with way too much information. I get about 200 e-mails a day. I make at least 10 phone calls a day and receive 10 or more daily. Then there is the information coming to me from many other sources as well. I avoid watching the news, however I do read articles in the NY Times and other sources that interest me.  I am always studying and learning something new ever day.Taking a webinar or going to a class. My mind can go into overload if I do not sift through what’s relevant and valuable to me.

Information is useless until all that data is processed down, and made simple. Until I can take it and apply it as knowledge and then reduces to further into wisdom, it has no relevance in my life.

Knowledge is the the accumulation of facts and date that you have learned about or experienced.

Wisdom is the ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting.

Knowledge is gained through learning facts.

Wisdom comes from observing experiences and learning from them in a way that affects future decisions and behaviors.

Knowledge is measuring that a desert path is 3.6 miles long.

Wisdom is bringing enough water for the duration of that hike.

Knowledge allows for change in response to new information or analyzes.

Wisdom is time less.

Wisdom is “Who we are” vs. “What we do.”

Wisdom governs choices, is the pursuit of knowledge, better communication and relationships.

I believe for the human race to survive and thrive we must surpass the information age and learn to be wise, which has no age, it is time less.

Use It or Loss It!

Success is the result of behavior, which is determined by attitudes, which are formed by conditioning, which takes place through spaced repetition.

Actually, it all starts with the thoughts we think, which will lead to the same choices. The same choices always create the same behaviors, and the same behaviors will always create the same experiences and the same experiences will always create the same emotions and those emotions will drive the same thoughts. Whew! So how do we change?

Through spaced repetition. 

Repetitive learning is the only vehicle to modify conditioning, which alters the attitude that controls behavior, which produces results we want.

Years ago when I wanted to change my negative thinking and behaviors, I would listen to audio tapes in my car when I was driving, watch motivational videos, read inspirational books, keep a gratitude journal, say affirmations, go to seminars, associate with positive people to change and most importantly, hire a coach! You know what? I still do the same things years later.

You must continue to change every day because if you don’t use it, you lose it.

Your Program is Not Working For You!

“Programming creates belief, beliefs create attitudes; attitudes create feelings; feelings determine actions; actions create results.” Erasing and rewriting your own program with specific commands is thus the most permanent, logical, and precise way to change your life. I know there are many modalities that can change the programming that we have been downloaded with through our childhood, however I have found the most effective and lasting is self talk. This is more than just positive affirmations. Self talk is a technique that will literally reprogram your mind, Hearing yourself talk out loud, internally or play back from a recording you make with your own voice is a simple yet powerful method that will increase your self-esteem to new heights!

The answers we seek are all inside of ourselves and when we tap into the conversations we are having with ourselves we begin to open the door way to understand the dialog that is going on between our ears. We all talk to ourselves whether we think we do or don’t. The difference is, if you are communicating in the language that is most effective for your subconscious mind to understand.

How to Make Positive Lasting Change

change your mindOur bodies are actually an electromagnetic broadcasting station. That is, our thoughts are the electric signals that we send out into the universe and the magnetic resonance is the feedback signal that is returned to us. So if your thoughts are muffled,fearful, or any emotion (energy in motion) that is sending out waves of negativity, that is what you are attracting back to you. If you are living in joy, happiness,and peace that is what is returning to you. If your confused, you will be resonating static. Just like a radio or television station that does not have a clear picture or sound. So how do you create positive and lasting change? First you must understand the difference between the mind and the brain. The brain is an organ of the body. It is the switching station where thought is processed. The mind is activity, that is expressed through out your body. You must begin to fire new thoughts that lead to new choices. New choices lead to new behaviors, and new behaviors lead to new experiences, and new experiences lead to new emotions.

Ask yourself,does the outside world control you? To change you need to be greater that your environment.  You must create a vision in your mind before it can manifest as your reality.

You see everything is created twice, once in the mind and then into the physical. So if you want to create lasting positive change in your life, take a journey inside your brain and rewire to fire new thoughts. Do this over and over and over again, until you’ve created the lasting positive change you are seeking. You are the creator of your life!


Alter Your Life

The power of your subconscious mind, holds the answers to all of your problems. This is the storehouse of all your memories, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. It is also the part of you that is connected to infinite intelligence or the universal mind. You can alter your life by altering your thoughts. Most people are unaware of this phenomenal source of power that can alter their lives. This part of you can only accept what you consciously believe. It has no ability to choose. If you believe it is a dog eat dog world, then that is what your subconscious mind will manifest in appearance to you. Our world is a collective manifestation of false beliefs, therefore what appears before our eyes is the illusion of these beliefs. The good news is that you can change the programing you were brought up to believe by first understanding and becoming aware of the fact that you were programmed. You can alter your life. Through repetitive actions, study, and coaching, you will eventually gain the power to live a life full of all the wonderful goodness and riches. You can look at your subconscious mind like the depths of the ocean. There lies a vast and rich underworld beaming with life that we haven’t even begun to explore. If you are not consciously aware of the fact that you can alter your life by altering your thoughts, nothing will change for you. Heaven on earth is possible. Do you believe it? Jesus did.

Healing Crisis

sacred mirrorsThe world is going through massive change. Everything negative that you can possibly image and unfathom is bubbling up from the depths of  existence to be healed. In naturopathic terms, this is called a healing crisis. Now is the time to look within yourself to see what needs healing. Healing happens from the inside out. It must surface in order for the dis-ease to be revealed and released. Our Mother Earth is going through a healing crisis.

It is time to individually let go of all the behaviors that do not serve our greater good. It is time for a paradigm shift. Individually we can make a difference. collectively  we will thrive. We are all experiencing a healing crisis to uncover the parts of ourselves that no longer sustain our lives. We need to surrender to transform. Let go of the old and allow God to open up the portal to wholeness and connection.

There is a way of breathing, that’s a shame and suffocation.

And there’s another way of expiring, a love-breath that lets you open infinitly.  Rumi
