Words Create Worlds

If there is one constant in life it is change. This is good news because if you aren’t happy with any part of your life, you can change it. In order to change your personal reality, you must change your personality. In order to change your personality, you must change the conversation you are having with yourself. We live in a river of change and everything is connected. Our six hundred trillion cells are self-regulating themselves every second of every day.  You are not the same person you were yesterday. When your cells are in harmonious communication with each other you experience homeostasis. When they’re not you experience some sort of emotional and or physical pain. This all stems from resistance to change.

It takes courage to change. To transform our words, thinking, habits and  patterns takes a conscious awareness. But if we don’t, we become rigid, and if we become too rigid, we will collapse. Staying open to change is staying open to possibilities. When we can communicate with ourselves and each other in a healthy way, we can create the life we truly want. Our words have incredible energy behind them. They resonate in our bodies and send out a ripple vibration into the world. Words create worlds. Use them wisely.

Here we are. Another year around the sun. I know for me the time has seemed to go super fast. It is like a blink of an eye. If you aren’t conscious of where, how and with whom you choose to spend our time, it will drift by without your full attention. That is why it is so important to intentionally create what it is you want in our life.

This is a great time to write down what you want to create for the next year. Why not write down 100 aspirations?  That may seem like a lot, but once your creative juices start to flow, you will be surprised as to how many more things you can think of that you want to be, do or have. It is a great exercise to stay focused on the positive too!

So, find a nice quite spot where you have no distractions, get some paper, pencils, colored pencils or whatever you feel that will stir up your imagination and design your future.

 If you want 2019 to be different for you, than you must do something different. Set your mind free, and explore the infinite possibilities that are just waiting for you. Now is your time, but only if you take the time to make it yours!


HELP I’m Having a PANIC ATTACK!!!!!!!

panic attackDo you get overwhelmed by all the people, places and things in your life? Many people are relying more and more on medication, alcohol, and illegal substances  to calm their nerves and ease their mind. However, all of these external things are a quick fix to the problem and bandage to the real cause of what’s really going on. A Panic attack, is a feeling in your mind and body that overtakes your ability to function in a healthy way. It is as if your mind is being taking over by bandits. There’s mutiny in your mind, and you are wrestling with the enemy;yourself. The chatter, confusion, and sheer panic that is expressed in your body can feel like every nerve is on fire. So, how do you stop the madness? You must first understand that your conscious and subconscious mind are at odds. Next, you have to become aware of the negative emotions that have been stored in your subconscious mind and release them through practice, meditation, and techniques to calm and center the mind. There is help. In today’s busy world, you can find the peace within to withstand any storm that might be ragging outside of you. Once you find this stillness, this center of pure consciousness, you will transmute panic into faith and courage. It is possible and you can change your thoughts, feelings, and actions to live a peaceful life.


Get Into the Vibes!

We live in a 3 dimensional world, although we have discovered that there are at least 10 dimensions existing. String theory explains how the unseen vibration of the universe effects matter. So get into the vibe! How does this effect your life and does it really matter? Well if it effects matter, I believe it does matter. Since we know that matter is vibrating energy, you can consciously shift the frequency of energy through understanding this time, space continuum we live in and bring it back to your 3rd dimensional reality. Get into the vibe!All is one, and one is all. I am not a scientist, physicist, or mathematician, however I know that I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I know that my energy has a major influence on my health, wealth, and relationships. I know that thoughts are energy and the thoughts I am thinking effect my feelings and my feelings will reflect in the results I am attracting. So, if you want your life to improve, become conscious of  the thoughts you are thinking, the energy field you are in, which will shift your vibration, and you can travel through a work hole to the 10 dimension and back. The Way You Do the Thngs You Do

Did you know, that the way you do one thing is the way you do everything. How do you wash dishes, or fold laundry? Or what are your daily habits? Do you eat healthy foods and take care of your body? Do you take time to read and nourish your mind? Or do you rush through your life, not paying much attention to any small act? It’s really the small things that add up to the bigger ones. Are you even conscious of your breath? By taking the time and consciously becoming aware of the seemingly little things in your life, everything will improve. The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. Every act, thought, and feeling, that you have effects your being. They may appear, subtle, minute, and not important, however, they become apart of your makeup. Your character is influenced by the accumulation of all the small things. The way you do one thing is the way you do everything. So examine your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Become the observer of your own life. The next time you wash dishes, or make your bed, or cook a meal, consciously become aware of the process and add a dash of love to any and everything you do. You will be amazed at what a difference it will make in your life. Its the little things, add up to the bigger ones. Everything you do matters!the way you do the things you do
