I think therefore I am.” René Descartes
Have you ever wondered where consciousness come from?
Being conscious gives us the ability to feel sensations and to experience the world through the lens of our minds. We can enjoy a beautiful day at the beach or appreciate the laughter of small children playing. We get to feel pain and pleasure.
Our brain perceives nerve impulses from our physical world that get interpreted as sensations or conscious awareness of that stimulus that is triggering the feelings. Consciousness is what psychologist’s call “theory of the mind”. However it is more than this. The mystery of consciousness is now being explored as an illusion. Maybe it is there only to amaze ourselves? Maybe it is there to see ourselves as spiritual beings having this human experience?
The chief benefits of being conscious feeds our self-worth, gives us the joys of life, eases our fear of death and most important, increases our respect for others. Maybe instead of “I think therefore I am” it really is I feel, therefore I am?
In this short video, you will get a glimpse of how magical we humans really are.

I am in complete awe when I observe pictures from the Hubble telescope. The images are so fantastic that I can’t help wonder about the energy that it took to create such magnificence. This substance is alive and conscious. This is the same substance that creates the things in our personal lives as well. We live in a cosmic matrix were we can manifest anything. When we begin to tap into the mind of this energy we become in harmony with the quantum realm of creation to become the alchemists in our lives. We do this by thinking according to the principles of divine intelligence. It is practice and focus to keep your mind on the things that you desire in spite of what the appearance may look like on the outside. If you want to understand how to communicate with this infinite intelligence you must learn to speak the same language as this source energy. We do this through our thoughts. When you align your thoughts with the great and powerful God, you will be able to dwell into the Master Mind. Form images in your mind of what you desire and hold those thoughts with belief, conviction, and passion. Then, listen to your intuition and follow the course of action that directs you to your creation. God is working to and through you. Never forget this truth!
Do you desire to tap into the creative process and form beautiful images in your mind?

The destiny of your life is in your hands. We have the power to change the direction of our lives by every decision we make. If we want to live in a healthy and harmonious world, then be conscious of the choices you make. Begin by living consciously.
Choose foods that are healthy and support your well being. You will feel better and have more energy through out the day.
Breath. So many people are not aware of how their breath affects every function in their body. By learning a few techniques, you can learn to relax your body and stimulate your mind by breathing in deeply and exhaling smoothly.
Take the pressure off your mind and get a good nights sleep. Sleep is vital to invigorate your mind-body connection. If too many thoughts are racing through your mind at night, relax and let them go.
Changing these three things in your life will greatly enhance your ability to make healthier and empowering choices in your life.
These are simple changes to make, however the impact they will have on your life will radiate out in to the world and raise the vibration of our earth.

The most marvelous organ in our body is the brain. It is what makes you, you. This organ, that connects us to the world is the least understood part of us as well. This 3 pounds of gray matter creates an entire universe in your head! The same neuropath ways that gave the primitive man and woman the ability to hunt and gather are the same neuropath ways we use in our modern world. We just learned how to integrate the electro-chemical signals into cohesive structures to build patterns of recognition that evolved our minds into what it is today.
Our thoughts are live wired to create the reality we experience. We look for meaning and understanding in our lives through the electro-chemical signals that cross reference and hunt for patterns until the brain figures out how to decode the information that it is processing. It is an incredible feat of biological engineering and this all happens within fractions of a second.
From our nervous system, to our emotions, how we age, and all of our mental and bodily function are derived from our brain.
What does the future hold for our brain? As we move into the future we will develop our portal into higher realms of consciousness, merging our biology with technology. Anything is possible. Through our vast network of over 1,000,000,000,000 synaptic connections, our brains can produce an unlimited amount of thoughts. Something to think about!

How does your brain or mind work? Actually your brain and your mind are not the same. Your brain is the portion of the central nervous system. It is responsible for the interpretation of sensory impulses, the coordination and control of bodily activities, and the exercise of emotion, memory, and thought. Your mind is consciousness. In very simplistic terms, it’s like your brain is the hard drive, and your mind holds the programs. We have a conscious and subconscious mind. We also have a right and left brain. The left hemisphere of your brain is dominant in language: processing what you hear and handling most of the duties of speaking. It is logical, and mathematical.
The right hemisphere is mainly in charge of spatial abilities, face recognition and processing music. Intuition and visual imagery are processed here. It is considered the creative side. Most people use their left brains more than their right. However it would serve us well if we were able to utilize both sides efficiently. There is so much we still don’t know about our minds and brains. We have come to learn that our brains are plastic. This means that it has the capacity to be flexible and change. It is able to relearn, reprogram, rewire and reconnect. So, if our brains get damaged some how, we can reboot the hard drive and if we don’t like the programs that have been down loaded we can delete them and add new programs. It is quite fascinating and amazing! Never under estimate the power of your mind and brain. After all we are pure consciousness, expressing ourselves in physical form.
