“The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. The fears are paper tigers. You can do anything you decide to do. You can act to change and control your life; and the procedure, the process is its own reward.”
What does it take to make a decision and stick by it? What brings you to that point that says enough, I’ve got to make a change? Usually it’s pain. That gnawing feeling that nags and pulls on your heart strings to let you know somethings got to give. The more you try to ignore it, the more it comes back with a vengeance. Making a decision to change is the first step. Being determined and committed to move in the direction of the change will take perseverance. You must be able to visualize what it is you want and that has to out way your fears of not changing.
Making no decision is worse than making a wrong decision. Clarity comes from engagement. The more you move in the direction of your dreams the more the universe assists you towards your dreams. Facing your fears takes courage. Everyday we are faced with decisions. Each one can led to a different path. That is why having a purpose is key. Ask yourself, is this decision going to move me closer or further away from my dream?
If you get an answer from your heart that says yes, go for it, than take the action, even if it scares you. Everyday move a little closer toward what it is you want. Make that decision and stick by it. It will be the best decision of your life!

What are your core values in life? As a life coach, I empower people to understand how important it is to live by their values. When you are absolutely clear on what you value, it is easy to make decisions based on your beliefs. How do you know what you value most? Well, look at the actions you take on a daily basis. What does your life look like? Your real core values will be expressed in what you do, under stress. That’s when the real you, appears. My core values are, integrity, spirituality, family, health and then career, in that order. If someone else has the same core values, however they put career first, health, family, spiritual life, and integrity, their life will look totally different. It is so important to really grasp this knowledge. If your life is a mess, go look at your values, and in what order you place them. It will explain why it isn’t working for you. So, if you want a life that is empowered, happy, and fulfilling, examine your core values, and put them in order. By rearranging and living by your highest core value first, will make all the difference. For me, it is “Do the right thing.” Integrity is a must in my life, I hope it is for you too!

Do you know how to make a decision? Believe it or not, many people have a real hard time with this. They go back and forth in their mind saying, should I or shouldn’t I. They stay stuck and procrastinate going nowhere fast. They then, later beat themselves up by not making any decision.
Here is a four-point process to making any major decision in your life:
1- Do I want to be, do, our have this?
2-Will being, doing, or having this move me in the direction of my goal?
3-Is being, doing, or having this in harmony with God’s laws or the laws of the universe.
4-Will being, doing, or having this violate the rights of others?
If the answer to the first three questions is YES, and the answer to the last question is NO, make the decision and go for it!
