Don’t Look Up!

Actually do look up, however with protective glasses! Were you able to witness the solar eclipse on August 21st?

What a fabulous time to be alive! With all that is going on in the world that divides us, this brings us all together.  With all the turmoil, tension, stress and distraction, the commonality of our humanity unites us. We are reminded of how vulnerable, precious and fragile we really are. We get a chance to look up in awe and wonder. A day to  get our heads out from under our iphones to gaze up at the stars.

It connects us to our primal ancestry and the future evolution of mankind.   Years ago, we were frightened when this phenomena occurred. We thought all kinds of superstitious things were causing it.  We didn’t have the awareness that we do now. Through understanding we now know that this rare event is mathematically calculated through the rotation of the earth and the moon. We can predict eclipses to a fraction of a second! The moon is 400 times smaller then the sun and 400 times the distance to the sun. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

 

When we look up with gratitude and awe at the order of the universe we connect to the infinite possibilities that is empowering our lives.

Reach for the stars in your life. Look up, wonder, question and explore. If you only land on the moon be grateful for the quest!  Here’s to your extraordinary life!

Destiny is in Our Hands

The destiny of your life is in your hands. We have the power to change the direction of our  lives by every decision we make.  If we want to live in a healthy and harmonious world, then be conscious of the choices you make. Begin by living consciously.

Choose foods that are healthy and support your well being. You will feel better and have more energy through out the day.

Breath. So many people are not aware of how their breath affects every function in their body. By learning a few techniques, you can learn to relax your body and stimulate your mind by breathing in deeply and exhaling smoothly.

Take the pressure off your mind and get a good nights sleep. Sleep is vital to invigorate your mind-body connection. If too many thoughts are racing through your mind at night, relax and let them go.

Changing these three things in your life will greatly enhance your ability to make healthier and empowering choices in your life.

These are simple changes to make, however the impact they will have on your life will radiate out in to the world and raise the vibration of our earth.
