What You Appreciate, Appreciates

There are so many things that can throw you off balance and make you feel bad, angry, resentful, bitter, disappointed or sad. For many years I would focus on what was wrong in my life rather than appreciate what was right. I was living in a vortex of negativity which gave me more stuff that wasn’t working in my life. Are you living in this vortex? Until I finally woke up and realized that my life was a train wreck!

When I began to switch it around and began focusing on what I appreciated, my life start to appreciate in so many wonderful ways. It truly is amazing how this practice can change your outlook on life! Now, every morning I write down what I am grateful for and share my appreciation to whoever I met. The energy of love, appreciation, gratitude, kindness and compassion has completely transformed my life. I am calm,peaceful and patient most of the time.

Even when things don’t go the way you thought they should, you can feel appreciation. When you live with gratitude in your heart and treat others with respect and love, something magical happens. Your energy changes and attracts more good things. If you practice this for 30 days, you will see a major shift in your life. Then practice it for the rest of your life! I know how my life turned around and I know yours will too.


Give Life Your All!

What do you need to do to give life your best? I’ve made a decision lately to give more of myself to life. I have always tried to do my best, but I feel like I can give more and be more. I just finished a course in C-IQ (communication intelligence) It was fascinating to learn all about the brain, neuroscience, and what emotions get activated when we talk with one another. Part of this is understanding our energy systems, spirituality, and social abilities.  I have  now  bumped  up  my  game  to  give  more  of  myself.

It takes a lot of passion, hard work, dedication, commitment, sacrifice and love to do this! Are you ready to step it up? Are you ready to give it your all? You can do it! Just do a little more today then yesterday. Every day, decide to give more service, work a little harder, love a little deeper, play a little more, practice a little longer,laugh more, sing more, dance more, eat healthier, and open your heart wider!


Give life your all and life will give you more then you can ever image. You get out what you put in. Amaze yourself!


Health Is Your #1 Wealth

Feeling good and having energy to do what you want is so important. I always felt good but I wanted to bump that up to feel great! I always watched what I ate but I knew I could do so much more. My weakness was breads, pastas, cheesy chips and more cheese! Well, I decided to go back to my books on detox, and regain my vitality through wholesome foods. I am now in my 5th week of eating raw and juicing. The cravings were insane! I wanted some form of comfort food sooooooo bad!

But I stuck with it. I can finally say, I made it. My healthy microbiome is finally balanced and the cravings have vanished.  I now feel as Tony the Tiger on Frosted Flakes would say Feeling GREAT! But all that sugar and wheat will never make you feel great. It might give you a sugar high and dopamine rush but in about an hour you will crash and burn! Not healthy. Foods have a vibration, frequency and energy to them too, and the more natural the source the higher the vibration which gets transferred into your body. You have what is called the gut-brain.

Unfortunately our foods have become non-foods. Between genetically-modified, processed up the wazoo, sprayed with pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, BGH (bovine growth hormones) and the preservatives and coloring added, is there any wonder why so many people have diseases?

Your best defense is your offensive.  So, if you want to feel great, cleanse your body and eat foods from the garden. Hire a coach who is knowledgeable in nutrition and really feel the best you can be.

 


I’m Having A Heart On

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.

 

My heart is busting open with love, joy, gratitude, abundance, happiness and all good things. I’m literally having a heart on! That’s when Oxytocin (the love hormone) stimulates the production on nitric oxide which actually pumps more blood into the heart area engorging it. Once you have coherence in your heart and mind you will feel complete. When you feel complete you don’t want or need anything and everything can then come to you! It is the coolest feeling ever!!!


When my heart is open I just want to share this feeling with everyone! All I want is for others to feel this good. People are more stressed out then ever. There is so much change happening in the world that people are getting so overwhelmed.  Anxiety and depression is a pandemic these days. If you could only learn a few tools, techniques and strategies to connect on a heart level, you too can have a heart on.  All it takes is to let go of all the things that doesn’t bring you joy and start focusing on the things that do. The more you do this the more you activate your heart center and send energy there. If you need support, reach out. You will be so happy you did!


Stressed to Blessed

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got was from a horse master. “Its not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it.”

Stress, it is simply unavoidable, right? I mean it seems like every day there is something that can take you on a journey that disrupts your serenity. Just yesterday, I was working on a power point presentation for a client who needed to insert some videos into it. Now I don’t normally do this sort of thing, however, I thought I would help him out. Yikes, it took me on a road to oblivion, but, I did get it done. Then, I came home to find that my older daughter didn’t clean out the garage like she promised. At this point, I needed to take some deep breaths take a walk, and shake of the frustration of the day. Whew, some days are like this.

 

What takes you over the edge? I know when I get stressed, the best thing for me to do is to do something physical to release the tension in my body, because it becomes physiological. In other words, my bodies functions get compromised and it goes into survival mode, changing the way my organs & cells respond.  It does this so fast that if I don’t change my energy, over time, this can become a repetitive pattern causing all sorts of negative reaction to occur.

So, take a walk, go to a yoga class, dance or take a bike ride. Find something that brings joy to your day.Change the energy before it gets locked into your physiology. Go from stressed to blessed, it feels so much better!


It’s All An Illusion

Through quantum physics we now have discovered that matter is only energy vortexes that are invisible. In other words, everything is energy, and through vibration we bump up to and against other energy vortexes creating either a disturbance, negative energy or amplifying the energy creating positive energy. Through our feelings we can pick up these vibrations to determine if something increases our energy or drains it.

I am very sensitive to energy. If I am around negative energy, I immediately get a headache and feel tired. If I am around good vibes, I feel more vibrant and alive. We all have the ability to do this, however we must stay in the present moment to become aware of the frequencies that are being emitted.

 We are multi- sensory beings and the more conscious we become the more we are able to pick up on the vibrations around us. We can override our programs that keep us stuck in victim-hood  causing dis-ease and create the life we want. We just have to become aware of the illusion that is holding us hostage. We can change the picture in our minds which will change the way we see things. It is a simple concept, however it does take practice to apply to our life.

Respond-Ability

This is such a powerful quote that made me think of all the things I am responsible for. I love my work and feel a deep sense of responsibility to be a great coach. I invest a lot of time, money and energy to improve myself every day. However I feel that being responsible is also about  speaking my truth, standing in my truth and stepping into my power.

In the past, I was a people pleaser so I would compromise myself for the sake of others.

That wasn’t being responsible to myself. The first person I must be accountable to is me. To stand in my own power and truly be my best, I must understand my values take responsibility for them. This is being and giving your best. I coach many people who are learning this as well. Learning to say NO and speaking their truth and living their best life is the responsible way.
