The Darkness of the Womb

October 11, 2018

“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.”
― Martin Luther King Jr.

Are we living in the darkness of the tomb or the darkness of the womb? With all the hatred, anger, violence, prejudice, destruction, crisis, fear and evil that is prevailing in the world today, you would think we are in the darkness of the tomb.

It can feel like we are in the depths of despair and destitute. However what if you could change your perception and see things as a new beginning? If you could look at all the chaos as the darkness of the womb? What if this is all for the birthing of a new paradigm?  What if this is an incubation period, a time of gestation to evolve into a new earth? Pregnancy is a time of change and creation. It is the fire in the belly.

Women have to push and breath when we go into labor.  While most people are holding their breath,  you must instead learn to breath coherently with your hearts, minds and souls and to push with ease the life force that is inside your womb.

Our labor pains are not in vain. The darkness never lasts.  If we stay in a vibration of love and light the darkness of the womb will give birth to a new dawn. If you are struggling with your own pains, let me be the midwife to help you birth a new you!

How We Discover Our World Through Our Hands

December 8, 2015

our sense of touchThrough our sense of touch, we connect with the world, with one another, and with our deepest sense of spirituality. Our skin enables us to feel cold, heat, pleasure and pain. Understanding the properties of the skin can help to expand our awareness of the tremendous potential for tapping into the positive energy inherent in our bodies and minds. Thinking is through our hands as well as the head. Touch can tell you what you need to know and many things about yourself. Unfortunately people have become disassociated with their sense of touch through digital technologies and a sense of over cleanliness. To feel is a way to discern your vision, purpose and ideas to evolve. A baby begins to discover their world through touch. Feeling shapes, textures, patterns, temperature and weight they learn many things that help them navigate their environment. We must continue to connect with the world through our sense of touch or loss our ability to value human life. Reach out and touch, feel and explore your world. How does that make you feel?
