Faith is to believe what you do not see; the reward of this faith is to see what you believe! Faith is also (finding answers in the heart). Are there problems in your life that appear to be insurmountable? If this is so let go and let God!
There is a power that permeates, penetrates and fills the interspaces of the cosmos, and everything you see around you is an expression of that power. The power operates in a very precise manner, which is generally called law. In other words, everything comes from source, and that source power always flows and works to and through you. Through faith and law, everything you can imagine will manifest into the physical realm.
We live in a metaphysical world. Everything is created twice, once in the mental or thought realm, and then in the physical. What picture are you forming in your mind? Is it doom and gloom, or health and wealth? You see, what ever picture you are holding, by law, has to manifest.
James Allen the literary mystic of the early 20th century said, “Mind is the master power that molds and makes, and man is mind, and the more he shapes the tool of thought, will bring forth a thousand joys or a thousand ills. He thinks in secret and it comes to pass, environment is but his looking glass.”
Hold your image high and allow spirit to fill your being. Whatever you accomplish in your lifetime, will be in direct proportion to your passion and persistence of your faith. Expect abundance in all areas of your life, and allow passion and faith to guide you.
Need some guidance to get your faith started? Let’s have a conversation.

What is the new normal? We hear this term a lot on the news lately. With raging fires out on the West Coast, mud slides, category 5 hurricanes decimating Puerto Rico and other parts of the world and other climate changes, it seems like this new normal is rather bleak. And now we have missile alerts frightening us into believing we are goners? How are these horrific things impacting how we live? What is normal anyway? Do we really just accept this as the new normal?
It seems like everything has become distorted, upside down or backwards. This new normal that we are being confronted with is all about living in a more fear based world. That is not what I would want the new normal to be. Let’s face it, everything changes. Nothing stays the same. Change is the one constant we can count on. However I envision a world that is evolving toward good change, positive change and progress change. We are either constructing or destructing. If we believe that we are helpless and have no power over our thoughts, feelings and action, we will be the victim of these fear based changes. There are many people doing tremendous work toward good things to improve our world. When we stay in faith and have the courage to be the change we want to see in the world we can begin to see the new normal as moving toward peace, compassion, kindness and love.
That diversity can be recognized as a powerful asset rather than a separation to divide. Let’s open our minds and hearts to all. Let’s be the change we want to see in the world.
How do you see yourself being a contributor to the new normal? What can you do to make a positive difference?
If you need some help to find out what your purpose and vision is, lets talk?

You are as young as your faith, as old as your doubt: As young as your self-confidence, as old as your fear. Samuel Ullman
This was the message from the crypto- quote I like to do every morning. This really hit home with me. When I doubt myself I question my ability to continue reaching for my goal. When I have a big goal it can be challenging. If I allow the doubt to take over it feels so heavy, which can make me feel older than I am. With doubt my desire can weaken and it pulls me down. But when I am taking positive action and feeling good, faith creates a feeling of youth and vibrancy in my body and mind.
The same is true for when I feel confident. I feel young and ageless. I can go on for hours performing a task and stay focused on my purpose. But when fear creeps its ugly head into my day, I feel tired, and just want to give up and tune out.
That’s why it is so important to keep your purpose, vision and goals in your mind at all times. Surround yourself with positive people who will lift you up and help you stay in the mind frame of faith and self-confidence.
Everyone can feel defeated at times. Life can be tough. With passion, faith, confidence and perseverance, you will have the energy, to get through those doubtful and fearful moments. Show up for yourself and be the best you can for today. Do what you can just for today and you will feel young and vibrant to follow through on your goals.

And my God shall supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory…
There were times in my life where I couldn’t believe in myself. I thought I was the one controlling my life. I would try and force things to happen in a certain way and when they didn’t go my way, I felt like a victim to the circumstance. It was only when I finally allowed myself to let go of controlling the outcome and trust in a higher power that everything I needed would be supplied.
Once you tap into this greater source of infinite supply and appreciate what you already have available to you now, will life’s gifts open and reveal themselves to you.
Releasing fear, negative thinking, limiting beliefs, and scarcity minded thoughts is the key to connecting with source energy. Have faith that your needs will be met and you are living in an abundant universe. Take responsibility for your self-care and show up to let the universe know you are trusting in the process. Things may appear like they’re not going as you would like them to, however with faith and hope as the muscle behind the scene, you release the greater good to collaborate with your strong intentions.
If these limiting beliefs, fear and negative thinking are still keeping you stuck, let’s talk. There are tools, techniques and strategies to shift that ity, bity, shity committee in your head!

Take a leap of faith and begin this wondrous new year by believing. Believe in yourself. And believe that there is a loving Source – a Sower of Dreams – just waiting to be asked to help you make your dreams come true.

Wow, what a marvelous year it has been for me! I hope everyone was able to capture the moments of your life with joy and celebration. I have been blessed to have shared the stage with some of the best speakers in the world. Bob Proctor, Les Brown, Michael Beckwith, Jack Canfield, Mary Morrissey, just to name a few. I traveled abroad and I just returned from a trip to Alaska, yes, you heard me correct, Alaska. So many people asked me why I was heading to Alaska in the winter and my reply was why not? It was such a magical trip. Life should be a glorious adventure. If you have an opportunity to go somewhere, and do something, take it! Experience all life has to offer. Don’t get me wrong, I had some major challenges as well. I shared some trying times with friends and family members who are going through some life threatening illness and other changes that have tested their faith. I don’t think there is anyone who is not going through some sort of life change. The key is having the support and resources to navigate through them.
What is it that you want for your life for 2017? Do you want to travel to exotic lands, or perhaps you want to give your time to a charitable cause? Maybe you dream of starting your own business. Do you have health goals? Maybe this is the year you want to meet that special someone. Why not invest New Years day on thinking of the person you want to become. Write down everything you would like to manifest and see it all coming to fruition. Don’t waste another year just dreaming about it, take some action to create it!
Les Brown said, most people die at age 25 and don’t get buried until they are 65.
If you want to begin your New Year with a BIG impact, join me in an eight week Master Mind class based on the book Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill starting January 3rd, in the comfort of your own home.
Wishing you and your family a glorious Holiday and the very best for the New Year,

This past weekend I was at a two day seminar were we fully engaged in learning, growing and expanding our minds. It was amazing!!! There is always more to know if you jump in the game of life and give it your all. You just never know where you can go if you jump and trust that your parachute will open. I’ve always been one to go for things and take a risk if I really wanted something, and I did it again this weekend. How about you? Do you believe in yourself enough to invest in yourself, or are you playing it safe? You must let go of the familiar to allow for new things in your life to come in. It will never happen if you do not jump and experience the free fall of the unknown. It’s like playing in the minor leagues and now stepping up, and playing in the major league. I took a huge leap of faith and trust that I will strike a home run . Life is all about expression and expansion, and I want to always go to a higher level. What is it that is holding you back from jumping into life? If you want more, than you have to give more! Just jump and the world will give you more!!!
Need help with taking a risk? Call Monica today and find your faith and courage to take the jump!!! Invest in yourself!!!

Do you get overwhelmed by all the people, places and things in your life? Many people are relying more and more on medication, alcohol, and illegal substances to calm their nerves and ease their mind. However, all of these external things are a quick fix to the problem and bandage to the real cause of what’s really going on. A Panic attack, is a feeling in your mind and body that overtakes your ability to function in a healthy way. It is as if your mind is being taking over by bandits. There’s mutiny in your mind, and you are wrestling with the enemy;yourself. The chatter, confusion, and sheer panic that is expressed in your body can feel like every nerve is on fire. So, how do you stop the madness? You must first understand that your conscious and subconscious mind are at odds. Next, you have to become aware of the negative emotions that have been stored in your subconscious mind and release them through practice, meditation, and techniques to calm and center the mind. There is help. In today’s busy world, you can find the peace within to withstand any storm that might be ragging outside of you. Once you find this stillness, this center of pure consciousness, you will transmute panic into faith and courage. It is possible and you can change your thoughts, feelings, and actions to live a peaceful life.
