Happy New Year!
What an exciting time to be alive. Never has humanity witnessed so much change. We truly are on the cutting edge of a quantum leap in evolution. However, for you to thrive in 2020, you must have a clear vision on what you want to create and amplitude that picture with an elevated emotion.
The best way to do this, is to write down what it is you want to create and meditate on it in a relaxed state. Choose words and pictures that have a vibrational match to your vision and abracadabra watch what happens.
The words you speak and write are very powerful. It’s like magic. If you want to create something wonderful for 2020, be mindful of the words you use and the emotion behind them. You are literally creating as you speak. What do you want to bring into your life? Good health, happiness, joy, prosperity, friendship, love and all good things are all possible. Keeping your focus on what you desire and giving energy to positive words, thoughts, feelings and actions will manifest your desires.
Every year, I have a single word that I use as my guiding light. This year it is FOCUS. For me this signifies concentration on my purpose and life’s work. It will allow me to be more present in everything I do and everyone I am with. To give my full attention on being in the now. What is your word? What word describes what you want to create for 2020?
That one word can open worlds you never knew existed if you follow your heart and allow it to guide you. Maybe it’s love, abundance, joy, passion or whatever you choose, but live every day with that word being the center point in which you dedicate everything you do. So, as the world turns another year into the future, you too can turn your attention and focus on your best year. Together, each and everyone of us can create a more peaceful, loving and healthier world if we focus on manifesting it and create it through our words. Use them wisely.

Can you believe it’s December of 2019? Where has the time gone? As we complete yet another year on the calendar, what have you done this past year that makes you feel good that you committed to? Have you kept your commitment and promise to yourself on accomplishing your desires, goals and aspirations?
If you haven’t, what do you think is holding you back? What is it that gets you so pumped up and excited about starting something and then that drive slowly vanishes? I know for myself, that when I’ve planned on eating healthier, getting in better shape or developing my business goals, and I overdo it, I slowly start to make excuses to myself why today isn’t a good day to continue. Then little by little, I’m right back where I started, and nothing improves. Now I know that to get lasting results, I first must make a commitment and a promise to myself that I am going to follow through on what I truly desire. Second, I do not overwhelm myself with an all or nothing mentality. I have learned the Kaizen Principle. Kai=Change
Zen=Good. It means to become good through change. This is a Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement. It is a series of small incremental and daily routines done over long periods of time that will result in dramatic and lasting improvements. Wow, this has made such remarkable improvements in every aspect of my life! This was something I could commit too. With small incremental improvements, it’s like compounded interest. You get better and better at something over time. What do you want to change and commit to in the New Year? What ever it is you want to improve and change, you can make it happen. If you commit to taking little steps every day, where you will be at the end of 2020 will amaze yourself!

When you are in London England and ride the tube (The British name for subway), they alert you to mind the gap, (the space between the platform and the train).
When we set a goal for ourselves there is also a gap. The space between where you are presently and where you desire to be. So the question is how do you bridge the gap? Is it as easy as stepping into it? By taking the time every day to meditate on what you want and imaging the outcome you begin to bridge the gap. When you are able to bring your mind and body into the experience of bringing the goal into fruition, the space between gets closer and closer. Using your senses to fully engage in the picture and then aligning yourself with action steps will create the desired outcome.
As the New Year approaches, take the time and imagine what it is that you want to be, do or have? Mind the gap. Feel it in your heart and see it in your mind and soon you will have stepped into your future with it.

This was the message from the crypto- quote I like to do every morning. This really hit home with me. When I doubt myself I question my ability to continue reaching for my goal. When I have a big goal it can be challenging. If I allow the doubt to take over it feels so heavy, which can make me feel older than I am. With doubt my desire can weaken and it pulls me down. But when I am taking positive action and feeling good, faith creates a feeling of youth and vibrancy in my body and mind.
The same is true for when I feel confident. I feel young and ageless. I can go on for hours performing a task and stay focused on my purpose. But when fear creeps its ugly head into my day, I feel tired, and just want to give up and tune out.
That’s why it is so important to keep your purpose, vision and goals in your mind at all times. Surround yourself with positive people who will lift you up and help you stay in the mind frame of faith and self-confidence.
Everyone can feel defeated at times. Life can be tough. With passion, faith, confidence and perseverance, you will have the energy, to get through those doubtful and fearful moments. Show up for yourself and be the best you can for today. Do what you can just for today and you will feel young and vibrant to follow through on your goals.

Persistence is the key ingredient in achieving anything you desire from life. It is holding to a course of continued action, belief, and purpose without giving in or giving up. Napoleon Hill wrote in his book Think and Grow Rich, “There may be no heroic connotation to the word persistence, but the quality is to a person’s character what carbon is to steel.” Persistence is a habit that will begin to cultivate, when you realize your life’s purpose, have a strong desire, and strengthen your will. Set goals for yourself and follow through on them.
Nothing worthwhile in life comes without struggles to overcome. There are no cheap goods in the heavenly market, and everything worth having is expensive. Surround yourself with people who will lift you up, and are pursuing their own dreams, have faith and take action every day toward your dream. The opposite of persistence is procrastination, this is truly an enemy. It will keep you stuck, weak and create all kinds of excuses why you can not accomplish something. Face yourself honestly and openly, challenge yourself, to overcome this habit. Believe in yourself and know that you can not fail if you persist, and move in the direction of your dream. For every failure brings with it the seed of an equivalent success.
The philosopher Henry David Thoreau quoted “If you advance confidently in the direction of your dream, and live the life you can image, you will meet with success, unexpected in common hours.” Go live your dream.

“Programming creates belief, beliefs create attitudes; attitudes create feelings; feelings determine actions; actions create results.” Erasing and rewriting your own program with specific commands is thus the most permanent, logical, and precise way to change your life. I know there are many modalities that can change the programming that we have been downloaded with through our childhood, however I have found the most effective and lasting is self talk. This is more than just positive affirmations. Self talk is a technique that will literally reprogram your mind, Hearing yourself talk out loud, internally or play back from a recording you make with your own voice is a simple yet powerful method that will increase your self-esteem to new heights!
The answers we seek are all inside of ourselves and when we tap into the conversations we are having with ourselves we begin to open the door way to understand the dialog that is going on between our ears. We all talk to ourselves whether we think we do or don’t. The difference is, if you are communicating in the language that is most effective for your subconscious mind to understand.

There are millions of people every day, who play the lottery, hoping to win the big prize. The bigger the numbers get, the more people want to win. You got to be in it to win it!According to lottery officials the odds of winning a big windfall of about $540 million are 1 in $176 million. These are not very good odds. However, people still play, believing that they can beat the odds. Hey, someones got to win. There is also some pretty grim stories of peoples lives taking a turn for the worst when they did win. Five years after winning a large sum of money, most people filled for bankruptcy. Not only did they file for bankruptcy, many turned to gambling and drug addiction, went through divorce, committed suicide and murder. You sure do have to be in it to win it!
How about investing in yourself, instead? Set yourself some worthy goals. All you need is a pen, a sheet of paper and some time every day to write and think about what you really want. Then see yourself already in possession of those goals. You see, it’s not the goals themselves that will bring you success, it’s who you are becoming as you work towards them. They are lasting.
So, go ahead, wait on that long line and invest in a lottery ticket. If you want fleeting wealth, then believe in the slogan, you got to be in it to win it. Or, put your money in yourself for lasting wealth, and write a goal, that’s good for your soul.

We all know the importance of taking care of our bodies, or at least I hope we do. Having a good workout to build up our muscles and keep strong to maintain a healthy body is so important to stay healthy. Stretching and keeping limber is also vital for our bodies health. However if you are not working out your mental muscles, you probably have weak physical ones too. It all starts with a mind that is disciplined. Building up your mental muscles is the only way you will achieve your goals. There are six mental muscles. They can be developed through practice, just like good body work out. Any time, is a great time to set goals for yourself and become more of who you are. Most people begin the New Year by setting goals to loss weight, or exercise more, start a new project, take a class to get a promotion at work, work on a relationship issue, or earn more money. What ever you desire, you must begin by setting the goal and writing it down. Look it those goals often through out the day and see yourself already having them accomplished. You must become emotionally charged with your goals. Begin where you are, hire a life coach to set yourself accountable and take the necessary steps to achieving your goals. 2015 is a New beginning. Now is the only time you have. Goethe said, “Whatever you can do or dream you can do, begin it! Boldness has genius power, and magic in it. Begin it now!”
The universe loves action! There is no attraction without the action.
