Lately, I’ve been in a contemplative state of mind. I am lost for Words to express what I feel about the state of my country and the world. So, I’m giving myself the time and space to reflect. I have been in an observational and reflective mind-set. I am taking extra good care of my emotional, physical, mental and spiritual self. When I came across these words, they resonated with how I want to live my life. So very simple, yet so profound. I hope you too can find comfort in them.
Charlie Chaplin lived 88 years He left us 4 statements:
(1) Nothing is forever in this world, not even our problems.
(2) I love walking in the rain because no one can see my tears.
(3) The most lost day in life is the day we don’t laugh.
(4) Six best doctors in the world:
1. The sun
Stick to them at all stages of your life and enjoy a healthy life. If you see the moon, you will see the beauty of God. If you see the sun, you will see the power of God. If you see a mirror, you will see God’s best creation. So believe it. We are all tourists, God is our travel agent who has already identified our routes, bookings and destinations… trust Him and enjoy life. Life is just a journey…Therefore, live today! Tomorrow may never be.
Let’s face it, life can be darn hard at times. It can knock you down, turn you inside out and twist you around. I don’t know anyone who hasn’t achieved greatness without going through some sort of adversity.
The difference between those that succeeded and those that didn’t is the faith and courage to get back up and go at it again. Also, having someone in your corner. someone who sees your goodness and sees something that you can’t or don’t believe in yet. There were times that I wanted to give up on myself but something inside me kept me going. You can call it source energy, God, spirit, consciousness or infinite intelligence, but it’s real and it always available to tap into.
If you’re going through some tough times, you can grow through it. To reach mastery in anything, or to overcome anything ask your heart for guidance and then give it your all. Grow through it! Nothing happens by accident. Learn from adversity and grow. You’ll amaze yourself who you can become!
I am in complete awe when I observe pictures from the Hubble telescope. The images are so fantastic that I can’t help wonder about the energy that it took to create such magnificence. This substance is alive and conscious. This is the same substance that creates the things in our personal lives as well. We live in a cosmic matrix were we can manifest anything. When we begin to tap into the mind of this energy we become in harmony with the quantum realm of creation to become the alchemists in our lives. We do this by thinking according to the principles of divine intelligence. It is practice and focus to keep your mind on the things that you desire in spite of what the appearance may look like on the outside. If you want to understand how to communicate with this infinite intelligence you must learn to speak the same language as this source energy. We do this through our thoughts. When you align your thoughts with the great and powerful God, you will be able to dwell into the Master Mind. Form images in your mind of what you desire and hold those thoughts with belief, conviction, and passion. Then, listen to your intuition and follow the course of action that directs you to your creation. God is working to and through you. Never forget this truth!
Do you desire to tap into the creative process and form beautiful images in your mind?
Living the good life is a state of mind. I mind that requires disciple and focus on what is truly important. So many people look for the good life in things. We want more things but this doesn’t buy us the good life. We just then want more and more things to fill that empty void. We buy cheap goods thinking we can replace them if they break. However, there are no cheap goods in the heavenly market. Everything worth having is expensive. The good life comes at a price.
So many people give up when the going gets tough, or the challenges seem insurmountable, but just know that these are only tests to living the good life. Have faith, stand your ground, keep your mind strong and persevere.
We all want to live the good life. We can all live it too. Remember, when the struggle seems difficult and the road ahead looks impossible, there is always a way. If you keep your mind focused on the good life, a path will be revealed to you. Smile, believe and stand fast, refuse to be over come.
Here’s to living the good life!
Do what you fear most and you control fear.” Tom Hopkins
What are you afraid of? Fear is the ultimate cause or tap-root of all sickness, failure, and disappointment. There are three enemies that you must get in touch with, within yourself if you are to truly live a joyful life. They are indecision, doubt and fear. These three negatives are closely intertwined. Indecision will lead to doubt and doubt will crystallize fear. That is why it is so important to examine your thoughts, question if the thought is limiting or moving you in the direction of your purpose.
The six basic fears are, the fear of poverty, criticism, ill health, loss of love of someone, old age and death. All of these fears are nothing more than a state of mind. You might believe you really don’t have any fears, however if you took inventory and a courageous analysis of yourself, you will uncover and discover one of these deeply rooted fears. These fears keep us in bondage and handicaps us from a life of free expression. What is holding you back? Can’t make up your mind? Not sure? Confused? Oh no, here comes the fear!
Action conquers fear. Do the thing you are afraid of. Fear knocked on the door and faith answered it and no one was there.
