From Here to Eternity

If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.

Meditation, mindfulness, silence, and being present in the moment are all about quieting the mind and calming the body. If you have never done this, fifteen minutes of meditation can feel like an eternity.

Being still is something that is uncomfortable and foreign if you never were taught to do this. I know I didn’t grow up with parents that practiced this. We live in a very busy world. It is all about go, go, go and do, do, do. However what ever you want to do, be or have will come to you so much easier when we go within and calm your mind. Everything is created twice, once in the spiritual form and then in the physical.There are so many benefits you will get when you begin making a daily practice out of meditating.

I now meditate for fifteen minutes every day and am so much more peaceful, patient, happier and healthier. The things I desire come to me much more effortlessly too. It is as if the struggle has disappeared and I just allow the universe to met me half way in acquiring what I want.

So, if you are ready to be here now but touch the hands of eternity to manifest what ever you want into your life, begin your daily practice of meditation. If you need help beginning this, I would love to be your guide.

Destiny is in Our Hands

The destiny of your life is in your hands. We have the power to change the direction of our  lives by every decision we make.  If we want to live in a healthy and harmonious world, then be conscious of the choices you make. Begin by living consciously.

Choose foods that are healthy and support your well being. You will feel better and have more energy through out the day.

Breath. So many people are not aware of how their breath affects every function in their body. By learning a few techniques, you can learn to relax your body and stimulate your mind by breathing in deeply and exhaling smoothly.

Take the pressure off your mind and get a good nights sleep. Sleep is vital to invigorate your mind-body connection. If too many thoughts are racing through your mind at night, relax and let them go.

Changing these three things in your life will greatly enhance your ability to make healthier and empowering choices in your life.

These are simple changes to make, however the impact they will have on your life will radiate out in to the world and raise the vibration of our earth.
