Matter is but an illusion. All be it a persistent illusion.
Through quantum physics we now have discovered that matter is only energy vortexes that are invisible. In other words, everything is energy, and through vibration we bump up to and against other energy vortexes creating either a disturbance, negative energy or amplifying the energy creating positive energy. Through our feelings we can pick up these vibrations to determine if something increases our energy or drains it.
I am very sensitive to energy. If I am around negative energy, I immediately get a headache and feel tired. If I am around good vibes, I feel more vibrant and alive. We all have the ability to do this, however we must stay in the present moment to become aware of the frequencies that are being emitted.
We are multi- sensory beings and the more conscious we become the more we are able to pick up on the vibrations around us. We can override our programs that keep us stuck in victim-hood causing dis-ease and create the life we want. We just have to become aware of the illusion that is holding us hostage. We can change the picture in our minds which will change the way we see things. It is a simple concept, however it does take practice to apply to our life.

Have you giving up on your dream? Are you punching a time clock at work and then coming home to grab a bite to eat, watching some television and then going to bed just to get up the next day to relive the same day over again? Are you happy with this life? If not, what will it take to change this pattern? Well, the answer is brain waves. You must change the pattern that appear to be hard wired keeping you stuck doing the same old things every day. Changing the circuitry in your brain, opens up cracks to access universal energy to connect with your objective reality creating miraculous results.
This is the power of the mind and it follows certain laws that precedes cause.
It all starts with a positive mind. We get more of what we think. Our circumstances reflect our thoughts. Our brains are deleting, distorting and generalizing all the information around us. We are living in a sort of trance. We need to begin to think differently. We need to awaken from the trance that society has hypnotized us in believing is reality. We are being bombarded by messages from the media reinforcing the illusion that this is how we should live.
So be the electrician in your brain and rewire it, to illuminate the path to a brighter future.

What triggers your feelings? Do you believe that it is the outside world that makes you feel a certain way? Do you react to what people say, do, or how they behave? Your feelings are an indicator of who you really are. Your feelings than get projected into an emotion. Emotions are the labels we give to our feelings. Say that you feel sad, well, the sadness is the emotion and the feeling could be discomfort in your body. All our feelings are cellular memories that we are bringing up over and over again. It is as if we are really living in the past. What we may act like in our outer world could be totally different than what we are truly feeling. It is who I want you to think I am. This is our facade. This gap creates ambiguity within the body, causing stress. What if you could go through a looking glass and see yourself for who you really are. Beyond the feelings and labels we have come to memorize as us? You can learn to liberate yourself from feelings that keep you a prisoner in your body. The looking glass is meditation. It is going beyond the illusion of time, space, personality, and form. When you break the patterns that keep you addicted to the same feelings over and over, causing the same emotions to spring up, you will become a new person. You are no longer attached to the limiting feeling and you have closed the gap between you and you. You will have traveled through the looking glass and reflecting back a new you!

Are you ready for healing energy? You can tap into this vortex of energy at any time. All that is required is releasing the old patterns that you are clinging on to that no longer serve the expanding, loving you, that you already are. It is a shift in awareness. Allow this healing energy in. Embrace it, accept it, and attract it. It is all around you, at all times. You are a part of this healing energy. Breath in the rich vibration of love into your heart and feel the healing energy penetrate every cell of your being. The universe is alive with this healing energy and is waiting for you to coalesce with it. So, what will it take for you to become conscious of this healing energy? Unfortunately many people wait until there is a crisis to wake them up from the illusion of separation. Just shift your thoughts to nourishing ones, uplifting ones, and positive ones. Once you begin training your mind, you will feel the healing energy pulse through your veins. You will then begin to viscerally experience this healing energy circulate inside of you and all around you. You will then radiate it out into the world helping shift others in need. Your smile, kind word or soft touch will penetrate, and transmute these old patterns of fear in others too. So why wait for a healing crisis when we can tap into this energy now. It is yours for the asking!

How many times have you heard the expression, “I have some time to kill” ? Every time I hear this, I cringe! Really, who wants to actually kill time? Killing anything for that matter is horrible enough. Time is our most precious commodity. We only get so much of it before we are gone from this earth, so why would you want to kill time? People have a tendency to say things unconsciously without thinking of the actually meaning or content. Every moment is sacred. There is no such thing as extra time. If you are waiting, stuck in traffic, feeling bored, or anything which gives you the illusion of extra time, think, feel, use your imagination, or meditate, to get the most value from time. If you are competing in the Olympics,every fraction of a second counts. Make your time count. One day you will look back upon your life, and wonder, where did the time go?
