Here we are. Another year around the sun. I know for me the time has seemed to go super fast. It is like a blink of an eye. If you aren’t conscious of where, how and with whom you choose to spend our time, it will drift by without your full attention. That is why it is so important to intentionally create what it is you want in our life.
This is a great time to write down what you want to create for the next year. Why not write down 100 aspirations? That may seem like a lot, but once your creative juices start to flow, you will be surprised as to how many more things you can think of that you want to be, do or have. It is a great exercise to stay focused on the positive too!
So, find a nice quite spot where you have no distractions, get some paper, pencils, colored pencils or whatever you feel that will stir up your imagination and design your future.
If you want 2019 to be different for you, than you must do something different. Set your mind free, and explore the infinite possibilities that are just waiting for you. Now is your time, but only if you take the time to make it yours!

Actually do look up, however with protective glasses! Were you able to witness the solar eclipse on August 21st?
What a fabulous time to be alive! With all that is going on in the world that divides us, this brings us all together. With all the turmoil, tension, stress and distraction, the commonality of our humanity unites us. We are reminded of how vulnerable, precious and fragile we really are. We get a chance to look up in awe and wonder. A day to get our heads out from under our iphones to gaze up at the stars.
It connects us to our primal ancestry and the future evolution of mankind. Years ago, we were frightened when this phenomena occurred. We thought all kinds of superstitious things were causing it. We didn’t have the awareness that we do now. Through understanding we now know that this rare event is mathematically calculated through the rotation of the earth and the moon. We can predict eclipses to a fraction of a second! The moon is 400 times smaller then the sun and 400 times the distance to the sun. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
When we look up with gratitude and awe at the order of the universe we connect to the infinite possibilities that is empowering our lives.
Reach for the stars in your life. Look up, wonder, question and explore. If you only land on the moon be grateful for the quest! Here’s to your extraordinary life!

More Snow is on the way. It has been a snowy and bitter cold winter for most of the north east of the United States. Here in the New York, where I reside people have had enough of winter. When I walk my dog, I engage in conversation with people who proclaim that they are done with snow, and the cold. Although I prefer the summer and warm weather, I find myself accepting the harsh conditions and realizing that there is no use in complaining about it. By gripping and avoiding what is, you are pushing away the possibilities of the good. There is something to be grateful for in everything. The snow is providing much due moisture for the flowers and trees that were parched this past summer. It is killing off the eggs of gypsy moths and other invasive insects. It is giving me an opportunity to focus on my writing and studies. By accepting what is, we are staying in the present moment, and that is where our power is. By avoiding and pushing it away, we are giving our power away, and that is where our problems begin. So, stop complaining about the snow and cold and think about the miracles that are right underneath. Start shoveling and uncover them.

“To sweat is to pray, to make an offering of your innermost self. Sweat is holy water, prayer beads, pearls of liquid that release your past. Sweat is an ancient and universal form of self healing, whether done in the gym, sauna, or the sweat lodge. I do it on the dance floor. The more you dance, the more you sweat. The more you sweat, the more you pray. The more you pray, the closer you come to ecstasy.” Gabrielle Roth
Have you had a good sweat lately? Don’t be afraid to let it out. Allow your cells to release the toxic memories storied in them. Through sweating you will shed the old and generate the new. Enjoy the movement or stillness to take your mind and body outside itself to explore your connection to all that is. Sweat equity will bring you back to source energy and open the flood gates to infinite possibilities. In each drop of sweat contains a holographic memory of your past that wants to go back from where it came. Drink in the fresh water of today and sweat out the past. Here is to a good sweat.

Where would man be without our explorers? From science to the arts we are always exploring and discovering new ways to understand and advance or inner and outer world. We seem to have come so very far however in some ways so many people have not opened their eyes and hearts to the beauty and magnificence of these discoveries. For a civilization to grow and advance we need collaboration and unity that will excel us into the consciousness that is emerging for the human race to survive.
It is through the heart that we will discover who we really are. It is through exploring each other that we will open our hearts to the unity that God lives in each and every one of us.
So take time today to explore and discover the flower of life that is omnipresent, omnipotent and omniscient. Your world will blossom to the infinite possibilities that is waiting to be born. The time is now! The bud can no longer contain itself, it is ready to be born.
