Less Is More

August 10, 2017

Most of us are being bombarded with way too much information. I get about 200 e-mails a day. I make at least 10 phone calls a day and receive 10 or more daily. Then there is the information coming to me from many other sources as well. I avoid watching the news, however I do read articles in the NY Times and other sources that interest me.  I am always studying and learning something new ever day.Taking a webinar or going to a class. My mind can go into overload if I do not sift through what’s relevant and valuable to me.

Information is useless until all that data is processed down, and made simple. Until I can take it and apply it as knowledge and then reduces to further into wisdom, it has no relevance in my life.

Knowledge is the the accumulation of facts and date that you have learned about or experienced.

Wisdom is the ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting.

Knowledge is gained through learning facts.

Wisdom comes from observing experiences and learning from them in a way that affects future decisions and behaviors.

Knowledge is measuring that a desert path is 3.6 miles long.

Wisdom is bringing enough water for the duration of that hike.

Knowledge allows for change in response to new information or analyzes.

Wisdom is time less.

Wisdom is “Who we are” vs. “What we do.”

Wisdom governs choices, is the pursuit of knowledge, better communication and relationships.

I believe for the human race to survive and thrive we must surpass the information age and learn to be wise, which has no age, it is time less.

Here is a short video to help your quest for wisdom.

If you are looking for help sifting through all the overload of  information in your head and gaining clearly, I’m a phone call away.

Investing Vs. Spending

May 4, 2017

investing vs. spending

INVESTING IN YOURSELF IS THE BEST INVESTMENT YOU WILL EVER MAKE. IT WILL IMPROVE THE LIVES OF ALL THOSE AROUND YOU!               Robin Sharma

I have  spent  over a million dollars in my 60 plus years of living on this earth on stuff! Houses, cars,  vacations, gifts, clothes and other things. Some of them were investing in my welfare and some things were not. I consider homes and investment. Cars, not, because they depreciate the minute you leave the show room. I also have invested about a half a million dollars on my education. This to me was worth more than all the tangible stuff I own.

Why? Because it is now a part of who I am. Even though you can not see it, feel, it, touch it, smell it or taste it, I am so much richer because of the knowledge and wisdom that is inside of me.  It can never depreciate. Learning is the best investment, because you continue to become aware of the amazing abilities you already posses and you grow in value with your knowledge.

The nice cars, clothes, and other stuff are all wonderful, and fun to have, however ask yourself when  your out shopping and ready to buy something,  if this is fulfilling a void or do your really need it? Is this an investment or am I just spending my money on stuff I don’t really need.

Instead invest in your education, in your mind and in your skills.

I would love to help you learn how to invest in the most important person in your life, YOU! Let’s talk, call me at 516-297-0672

Once Upon a Time

September 29, 2015

knowledge-key-to-success-written-vintage-old-book-34949738Once Upon a time, people relied on old knowledge of living off the land rather than shops, for their source of food, clothing and other such necessities.  Our modern world has evolved out of this ancient one. Unfortunately the course we took as a whole, has separated nature out of the equation. Most people have forgotten the old ways. Knowledge is the key to success, and nature is the key to knowledge. When you study nature, all the mysteries of life reveal themselves. All the answers are hidden in the very thing that we over look. Even a single blade of grass has knowledge in it. The natural laws of the universe have been given to us to explore, and live in harmony with. This is our play ground. So why would we want to  decimate our world? I believe that the only reason is, that we forgot about the old knowledge. This is the same reason why there is so much addiction, distraction, depression, and disease. Because we separated from the truth of who we are. We are creators, here to create our best life. To manifest our deep desires, we must connect with nature and the old knowledge. When we become whole in body, mind and spirit, we will remember who we really are. So let’s go back and read the story. Once upon a time when we were all connected.

What Do You Really Put Value On?

September 22, 2015

core valuesWhat are your core values in life? As a life coach, I empower people to understand how important it is to live by their values. When you are absolutely clear on what you value, it is easy to make decisions based on your beliefs.  How do you know what you value most? Well, look at the actions you take on a daily basis. What does your life look like? Your real core values will be expressed in what you do, under stress. That’s when the real you, appears. My core values are, integrity, spirituality, family, health and then career, in that order. If someone else has the same core values, however they put career first, health, family, spiritual life, and integrity, their life will look totally different. It is so important to really grasp this knowledge. If your life is a mess, go look at your values, and in what order you place them. It will explain why it isn’t working for you. So, if you want a life that is empowered, happy, and fulfilling, examine your core values, and put them in order. By rearranging and living by  your highest core value first, will make all the difference. For me, it is “Do the right thing.” Integrity is a must in my life, I hope it is for you too!

Visit The Imagine Nation

December 23, 2014
imagination Einstein said that Imagination is more powerful than knowledge. When you are able to imagine the life you desire to live, you are tapping into the most powerful resources of your mind that is connecting to infinite intelligence. In the movie, Miracle On  34th Street, Chris Kringle was explaining to little Natalie how there is a French nation, and British nation and an Imagine Nation. To get there, you only need to play and let your self dream of anything your heart desires. Imagination has infinite possibilities.  These magical days of this season, allow yourself to dream lofty dreams, and visit the Imagine Nation often. The world is in need of people who can Imagine.  Imagine peace on earth. What would it look like and feel like? If enough people can visit this place together, we can create it. Wishing everyone a Joyous Christmas, and Happy Chanukah.
