Whats soil have to do with being positive? Everything! Healthy soil is dwindling at an alarming rate. You might ask, why should I care. Well as above so below. If our soil is depleted we as humans will witness the most devastating consequences yet to be seen on earth. It will make this corona virus look like small potatoes to what will come if we don’t start paying attention to our soil. Please understand, this is not to evoke fear but rather awareness.
Healthy soil is alive and beaming with microorganisms that provide a vast array of nutrients that keep our bodies healthy as well as our environment. Our bodies consist of 90% of these microorganisms. They live in us and on us. They are responsible for our brain function, and every other system in our body to function in optimum health. Most of the vegetables we are consuming have been grow in soil that has been supplemented by inorganic matter leaving it devoid of any beneficial nutrients. We have to constantly add more and more fertilizers and additives to the soil to product our crops. Most of the crops are now grown in what is called mono-culture. That is acres and acres of the same produce in a designated space. This weakens the crops even more, which now will need pesticides, herbicides and insecticides to keep them from dying. So what do big corporations do? Genetically alter the seeds to manipulate the plants production. Are you starting to get a picture of the mess we are in?
If we continue to think we can strip the soil of it’s life and not give back what we took out, we are only fooling ourselves. It is the law of nature. You reap what you sow. We must begin by paying attention to where the supply of our food comes from. Eat organically as much as possible. Grow your own garden or join a co-op or community garden. Eat locally. Our mental health, physical health, emotional health and or spiritual health are all dependent on the health of our soil. Be loyal to the soil. It is a matter of living a healthy, happy, prosperous and abundant life. It is Alive!

6 months into the year! Have you reached your goals? Have you lost the weight or given up those negative habits you set out to do on the 1st of the year? If not, what’s holding you back?
Are subconscious beliefs sabotaging your personal power? If you got more “I can’t” than “I can” messages as a child, you are probably having more “I can’t” than “I can” experiences as an adult. In other words, if you heard messages from parents and other authority figures that told you that your opinion didn’t count and that your actions didn’t matter, you are likely to have subconscious beliefs that mirror those ideas. The result is often a person with deep insecurities about their ability to positively affect the course of their lives. Some people overcompensate for this feeling of powerlessness by making a career out of becoming powerful. Usually this sense of power is achieved by acquiring money, possessions and social status.
Unfortunately, these external signs of power seldom satisfy the gnawing feeling of insecurity and powerlessness within. Anger,procrastination or any negative behavior are signs that you are sabotaging your personal power. People with authentic power can have an abundance of money, possessions and social status, but their personal power does not come from the things they have, but rather from who they are.
- I trust the decisions I make.
- I trust the Divine guidance I am receiving.
- I acknowledge my ability and responsibility to make a positive difference in the world.
- I actively embrace the opportunities that come with change.
- I am true to my personal vision.
- I am willing to take the risks necessary to live my life openly and honestly.
- I give myself permission to do what I love.
So if you’re ready to get to the next level of greatness and change those behaviors that are not serving you, let’s have a conversation.

We become what we think about. This is an important truth that so many people forget. Our present living conditions reveal to us what our thoughts have been focused on. We have all heard, we become what we eat, and yes our physical diet is extremely important to our health. However our thoughts, contribute to our health in a much greater way. We become what we think about all day long. So what is on your mind?
Are you up for a mental diet? How about a challenge? Think only positive thought for 7 days. If you should find your mind drifting on to undesirable thoughts, then begin again at once, at that point to start again. Just like a food diet, train your brain to focus on only empowering thoughts. Thoughts that will lift you up. You will amazed as to how your life will improve on every front when you stay connected to the positive and good things around you. We become what we think about and if you want your life to improve in any way, whether it be health, wealth or wisdom, then take the challenge. This will be the hardest work you every did and the most rewarding.
I would love to hear the results of any one who is up for this challenge.
Nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so.

Spring is in the air and summer fast approaching here in the north east of North America. People are dieting in the hopes of looking better in less clothing after a long and cold winter. All this is a great idea, however have you ever thought of going on a mental diet as well? This is more challenging that a physical diet. Try thinking of only positive thoughts for 30 days. Just try it and see what happens. Be conscious of your thoughts to turn things around in your life. You can gauge your thoughts on how you are feeling at the time. If you feel good and empowered you are on the right wave length. If your feeling down or depressed, angry, frustrated, upset or any of the mired of physical sensations that do not support you, then your thoughts will be reflecting these feelings.
Begin today, to change your thoughts. You will be happier, healthier and skinnier. It works for everyone, every where, at any time.
Shed those pounds of excess burden and begin to life an enlightened life.

Have you ever seen a garden over grown with weeds? I was in the horticulture business for 23 years and I know that if I did not maintain a garden by weeding it weekly, eventually the weeds would take over. Well that is exactly what happens in our mind with negative thoughts. If we do not clear out our old negative thinking patterns, it will continue to get out of control and take over anything good that wants to come in. Nothing can grow. If you are feeling confused, doubtful, fearful, anxiety, depression or any thoughts that prevent you from living in abundance, you have weeds growing in your mind. It is time take to take stock of your beautiful garden and begin to do some spring cleaning. Start getting at the root of your issues and pull them up and out, then plant seeds full of bounty and prosperity. You will be amazed at how your garden will begin to grow when you decide to clean it up, fertilize, water, and nurture it. So begin at once to pull up your first weed. Once your tending your garden it will reflect back to you the beauty that was underneath it all along. Enjoy the garden, and remember you reap what you sow.

Experience is a very high level of awareness. Each one of us has had different experiences growing up and a different perspective on how that experience has shaped our lives. We have either opened or closed ourselves to step out of the familiar to embrace new experiences. Knowledge and wisdom is gained from understanding and applying our experience to improve our self and others.
We get experience every day of our life, however it is what we are focusing on and applying our selves to, that will put that experience to good use. The more you are open to new experiences the more alive and joyful you will be.
Life begins outside our comfort zone. There is something new waiting for you this very minute, if you allow the experience to unfold and manifest naturally.
Do some thing new, take a different route to work, change things up and see what new things you will witness.
Life can be a glorious adventure. Are you up for the experience?

Until the pain of the same is greater than the pain of change will most people decide to do something to alter their lives.
“Men are anxious to improve their circumstances, but are unwilling to improve themselves; they therefore remain bound.”
So many people complain or are not happy in their daily life, however they tend to stay stuck and do nothing about it until a crisis occurs. Health, financial or relationship issues are some of the major areas in our lives that tend to become stagnant and worsen if we are not constantly improving them in some way. We do things the same way, day after day. Until the pain of the same becomes greater than the pain of change do we take progressive action. We are either moving forward or falling behind. There is actually is no stagnation, although it appears that things aren’t moving in any direction. Nothing stays still. We live in an ocean of motion.
So why not move forward every day and improve your life? Just little steps, that’s all it takes to change and become better then before.
We are here to create, to live an abundantly wealthy, rich life, in body, mind and spirit. Today, decide to make a change, and improve your life. Don’t wait until the pain of the same to be greater than the pain of change to live a better life.

I recently had dinner with a very dear friend of mine. As always we get into some deep and meaningful conversations. She has been through more than most people will ever experience in their lives and God has granted her an Angel that shines so bright that he has lifted her from all the BS (that’s bull shit). She said some thing that has profoundly shifted the way I see everything. That is hold on to nothing, and let go of everything, go above the BS! Now I know that when I let go and let God magical and wonderful things happen. I just never heard it the way she said it. Hold on to nothing and let go of everything. It was so liberating that I became lighter and felt more free than I ever have.
So what are you holding on to? Let it all go, everything in this life is transient any way. Go above all the BS, and lift the glass ceiling from your mind. When you do life gets better and better.
So hold on to nothing and let go of everything, go above the BS.

Happy New Year!! Well, it’s another year gone by and like most people, New Years resolutions are on peoples mind. The three big new years resolutions are earn more money, lose weight and to find that special someone if you aren’t in a relationship already (or aren’t happy in your present one.)
New Years can start new any day when you first decide what it is you really want, then commit to take action on it. Begin now to move forward without regard to what the results are presently and see, feel and believe that you can achieve what ever you desire.
Take some time to reflect on the past and write out a description of what you want for the future, look at it every day and really get emotionally charged when you read it.
Let the universe take care of the details, however take some steps every day to move forward on your vision and goals and by next year you will be living that New Years resolution!!
This is the year to make it happen, go for it!!

Distractions, they are every where. The television, newspapers, internet, people, phone calls, the list is endless. We are constantly being bombarded with distractions. Until we have important and big goals that keep our mind focused, we will be quickly and swiftly carried off to distraction land.
Even with our goals at hand it will be tempting to be swayed by distractions. That is why it is so important to have your goals clearly written out and in front of you on a daily basis.
I know I can get pulled in different directions every day and if I didn’t have my goals in front of me, I would be all over the place. Meditation is also I wonderful ritual to practice every day to stay calm, focused and centered. It will eliminate distractions and keep your mind focused on your goals.
So tomorrow when you wake up, and your thoughts start taking you in every directions, take a deep breath, look at your goals, meditate, and your mind will stay on target and you will accomplish a whole lot more than you ever thought possible.
There is no attraction in distractions and there is no attraction with out the action, so stay focused. It is the key to your success.
