I think one of the biggest challenges people go through is that their too hard on themselves. We beat ourselves up with guilt, shame and other negative emotions. Why do we do this to ourselves? It is because over the years, people have spilled their negative energy on you, their attitudes, their beliefs, their unhealthy self -esteem. Where did they get it? The same way you have been getting it. People have spilled it on them. And on on it goes until you STOP being to hard on yourself.
I should have done it better! I should have passed that test! I shouldn’t have ate that box of chocolates! Some times we screw up, it’s OK! The more we go through this cycle the longer we stay in.
When we learn to love ourselves and embrace our strengths and our weaknesses, we can stop knocking ourselves down and raise up.
We are spiritual beings having this human experience. Being human is to enjoy and celebrate life. To celebrate You! Celebrate being here now! Celebrate all the good things that you’ve done and are continuing to accomplish. Celebrate your lessons in life. Celebrate the little things.
You do not have to try harder, be better, be perfect, or anything other than being YOU!
Your good enough and a child of God! You are a gift, so celebrate that!

The energy that you may be feeling can be used for fuel for tension or your intention!
How many times a day are you being pulled in so many directions? I know I have many things on my schedule every day! Between appointments, and emails, calls, and juggling my business and personal life can get quite hectic. I can feel the tension build if I am not aware of using that feeling for constructive purposes. The feeling of that pressure is just energy. Once we label that energy as tension or something negative we are already moving away from being productive to destructive.
So the next time you are feeling tension, remember that something is working and something is building. Fuel it with your intention to create something positive. Become aware of your thoughts, your feeling and actions to propel you forward with passion to fuel your purpose!

Have you every felt drained and totally exhausted after you spend time with certain people? They are unaware of the negativity that they are spewing out but you feel drained after they leave your presence. There is a real chemical charge that people give off. Some people have a positive charge in which you walk away feeling good and others have a negative charge in which if your not careful you will get sucked into the vortex of this negative energy. So how do you protect yourself from the battering of toxic people that seem to be around? The 1st thing to do is notice how you feel around people. Listen to what they are saying and if their language is negative in any way, then extricate yourself from them as quickly as you can. Your intuition is a great guiding and honing system and the more you listen to it the more sensitive you will become to this energy. I get really uncomfortable around this energy and do my best to associate with people who converse in subjects that are uplifting and creative.
We only have so much energy, so why waste it or give it away freely? After all if it was money, you won’t give it away so freely. Keep yourself healthy and vibrant by surrounding yourself with people who you feel good around and there is an even exchange of energy all around!

According to the ancient philosopher Aristotle, “Nature abhors a vacuum.” Aristotle based his conclusion on the observation that nature requires every space to be filled with something, even if that something is colorless, odorless and seemingly filled with empty space.
Our minds are governed by the same principles of the natural world. We know through quantum physics that 99.999999% of everything is empty space, however there is that .1% of substance. Our thoughts are that .1% that can be lifting us up in a positive direction or taking us down into a negative vibration. It is one direction or the other. Nature abhors a vacuum, and one thought leads to another. The more you stay connected to positive energy the more you will allow the universe to work through you with ease and grace. The more you connect with negative energy the more you will attract circumstances to support this belief. Something has to collapse into manifestation from the nonphysical to the physical. You can change your thoughts, feelings and actions by understanding the natural laws of the universe. They work for everyone, everywhere and every time, no exception! These laws are that precise. So fill your vacuum with love, compassion, joy and all things good. Then suck up the rewards to keep your home and spirit cleansed.

Are you eating fast food while doing things on your computer, driving, reading the newspaper or any other task that are robbing you of the shear joy of the meal. Or are you engaged in an argument at breakfast lunch or dinner? Or maybe your just thinking negative thoughts while your eating. Well if you are, you are also digesting toxins from the negative energy that you are picking up from your thoughts, feelings and actions. This can result in a host of dis-eases that will eventually lead to chronic physical conditions. Food is meant to be enjoyed. It is a sacred ritual that so many have forgotten to celebrate. I remember when I was a young girl in Bavaria, my grandmother would lay out a feast at her farm house and we would all get together and eat in a joyous atmosphere. It seems like we are all so busy and just grab something quick, eat quick and gobble down our meal. It is like were speed eating. Good food is nourishment for our body and the more we can slow down and actually digest this fact the more we will replenish our well being. So, for your next meal, may I suggest that you bless your food, put down the newspaper, shut off the TV, computer or phone, and be grateful for your food. Not only will the food be nourishing your body, the higher vibration will nourish your soul.
