I Doubt That!

Our doubts are like a tunnel or black hole that gets deeper and darker as you continually put your attention on them. When I have a desire or am working on a project, I am full of excitement  and enthusiasm about creating it. But then I might encounter a snag or some resistance that keeps it from moving forward. Do I doubt the desire or do I doubt my ability to achieve it? I must put more energy and attention on the desire than I do on the doubts. People might tell me it can’t be done, or you don’t have the money to make that happen. I can then start believing them. Then more negative thoughts and limiting beliefs start popping into my mind. 

What I do is focus on the truth of who I am. I wouldn’t have been giving the desire if I couldn’t make it come true. Picture in your mind what it is you want. That believe of achieving it needs to get stronger then the doubts. I say thank you to those doubts. Thank you for sharing, however I choose to put my energy and focus on what it is I am creating! It feels so much better and you are on your way to making it come true!

Oh No! Not Again!

negative-thoughtsOne negative thought can send your mind on a downward spiral which will create all kinds of consequences to happen. They might be little at first but if you allow those negative thoughts to continue they build into something much larger and harder to get rid of. They like to latch on like a virus and attach and attack your thoughts so that it takes a tremendous amount of strength to combat those beasts.

Any time a negative thought creeps into my mind, I say cancel/clear and replace it with a positive thought. If it is a fearful thought that is gripping your emotions, allow it surface and invite it in to your mind. Ask yourself what is it about this fear that is keeping you locked into a negative vibration.

There are so many people that are dealing with some real life crisis. Illnesses, financial woes, loss of loved ones or anything that can bring negativity to the surface, can disrupt your peace of mind.

There are times that we are challenged to stay positive. Through pray, meditation and constructive thinking, we can overcome any obstacle. We may feel sad, hurt and pain at times, however we will prevail if we remember that this to shall pass.

There is a spiritual answer if we seek the highest good. Stay connected to the good!
