“Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.”
Are we living in the darkness of the tomb or the darkness of the womb? With all the hatred, anger, violence, prejudice, destruction, crisis, fear and evil that is prevailing in the world today, you would think we are in the darkness of the tomb.
It can feel like we are in the depths of despair and destitute. However what if you could change your perception and see things as a new beginning? If you could look at all the chaos as the darkness of the womb? What if this is all for the birthing of a new paradigm? What if this is an incubation period, a time of gestation to evolve into a new earth? Pregnancy is a time of change and creation. It is the fire in the belly.
Women have to push and breath when we go into labor. While most people are holding their breath, you must instead learn to breath coherently with your hearts, minds and souls and to push with ease the life force that is inside your womb.
Our labor pains are not in vain. The darkness never lasts. If we stay in a vibration of love and light the darkness of the womb will give birth to a new dawn. If you are struggling with your own pains, let me be the midwife to help you birth a new you!

“If your not living your life on the edge, your taking up way too much room.” Bob Proctor
Wow, when I first heard that statement, it was so powerful that it rocked my world!
I thought to myself, could I have that much faith? Could I be so bold and start doing the things that I really desire? Could I live the life that I dream about? Well the first thing I had to do is say YES! To risk playing it safe and go for it. To get uncomfortable is something I have been doing, however this year I want to step it up. I decided that 2018 is going to be the year that I really step into my greatness. I am working on a song about awakening the spirit within, which I know is going to be a world wide hit. I just booked a trip to India to celebrate the grand opening of a school for orphaned children and homeless women, in which I donated a large sum of money to and am leaving for Australia at the end of the month to host a playshop. I am also going to California in February for another one. This is just the beginning of the most exiting and fabulous journey!
So my question to you is, what are you going to do to step out and live on your edge? Are you ready to live your best life? Are you ready to step into your greatness? It is inside of you! All you have to do is say YES!
I could never have done this alone. I had coaches there to support me and still do. So let’s talk about YOU! Isn’t it time you took the next step to the edge? Let’s talk, I am here to assist. NOW, is your time!!!

Take a leap of faith and begin this wondrous new year by believing. Believe in yourself. And believe that there is a loving Source – a Sower of Dreams – just waiting to be asked to help you make your dreams come true.

Wow, what a marvelous year it has been for me! I hope everyone was able to capture the moments of your life with joy and celebration. I have been blessed to have shared the stage with some of the best speakers in the world. Bob Proctor, Les Brown, Michael Beckwith, Jack Canfield, Mary Morrissey, just to name a few. I traveled abroad and I just returned from a trip to Alaska, yes, you heard me correct, Alaska. So many people asked me why I was heading to Alaska in the winter and my reply was why not? It was such a magical trip. Life should be a glorious adventure. If you have an opportunity to go somewhere, and do something, take it! Experience all life has to offer. Don’t get me wrong, I had some major challenges as well. I shared some trying times with friends and family members who are going through some life threatening illness and other changes that have tested their faith. I don’t think there is anyone who is not going through some sort of life change. The key is having the support and resources to navigate through them.
What is it that you want for your life for 2017? Do you want to travel to exotic lands, or perhaps you want to give your time to a charitable cause? Maybe you dream of starting your own business. Do you have health goals? Maybe this is the year you want to meet that special someone. Why not invest New Years day on thinking of the person you want to become. Write down everything you would like to manifest and see it all coming to fruition. Don’t waste another year just dreaming about it, take some action to create it!
Les Brown said, most people die at age 25 and don’t get buried until they are 65.
If you want to begin your New Year with a BIG impact, join me in an eight week Master Mind class based on the book Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill starting January 3rd, in the comfort of your own home.
Wishing you and your family a glorious Holiday and the very best for the New Year,

We become what we think about. This is an important truth that so many people forget. Our present living conditions reveal to us what our thoughts have been focused on. We have all heard, we become what we eat, and yes our physical diet is extremely important to our health. However our thoughts, contribute to our health in a much greater way. We become what we think about all day long. So what is on your mind?
Are you up for a mental diet? How about a challenge? Think only positive thought for 7 days. If you should find your mind drifting on to undesirable thoughts, then begin again at once, at that point to start again. Just like a food diet, train your brain to focus on only empowering thoughts. Thoughts that will lift you up. You will amazed as to how your life will improve on every front when you stay connected to the positive and good things around you. We become what we think about and if you want your life to improve in any way, whether it be health, wealth or wisdom, then take the challenge. This will be the hardest work you every did and the most rewarding.
I would love to hear the results of any one who is up for this challenge.
Nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so.

Have you ever seen a garden over grown with weeds? I was in the horticulture business for 23 years and I know that if I did not maintain a garden by weeding it weekly, eventually the weeds would take over. Well that is exactly what happens in our mind with negative thoughts. If we do not clear out our old negative thinking patterns, it will continue to get out of control and take over anything good that wants to come in. Nothing can grow. If you are feeling confused, doubtful, fearful, anxiety, depression or any thoughts that prevent you from living in abundance, you have weeds growing in your mind. It is time take to take stock of your beautiful garden and begin to do some spring cleaning. Start getting at the root of your issues and pull them up and out, then plant seeds full of bounty and prosperity. You will be amazed at how your garden will begin to grow when you decide to clean it up, fertilize, water, and nurture it. So begin at once to pull up your first weed. Once your tending your garden it will reflect back to you the beauty that was underneath it all along. Enjoy the garden, and remember you reap what you sow.

Spring is here! This is a great time of year where you see color blossoming all around. Everything is coming out of hibernation and new growth is budding out of the old. We like to do a spring cleaning in and around our homes. We spruce up our gardens and declutter the space around us. How about doing a spring cleaning of your mind? Some people like to do a cleansing of their body. These are all healthy and a perfect time of year to do them.
Doing a spring cleaning of your mind will set the pace for where you want to go and create an opening for new possibilities. Let go of the stories that are holding you back from living the life you want. It is time to blossom, to expand and do a spring cleaning of all the old thoughts, feelings and actions that do not serve you. Sweep it out not under the rug. So clean away those cob webs, dust off your shelves and prune out the dead to allow space for the new growth. This is a time of new beginnings. Breath in all the goodness and let out all the stress.
Ah, that is refreshing!
