The Great Awakening

December 31, 2020

We all have gone through some major changes since the beginning of 2020. So many adjustments, changes, revaluations, and patience were required to navigate through these uncertain times. As you reflect, what have you discovered about yourself that you weren’t aware of before? Did you take the time to learn any thing new? If not, now is the perfect time to go on a deep dive to applying, understanding and studying the principles of life that will surely wake you, shake you and take you on the ride of your life for 2021!

There is something mysterious and magical that happens when you finally are ready to free your mind, heart, and spirit. When you say YES to you and begin believing in yourself.

Here are seven questions to ask yourself this New Year, that I received from one of my mentors.

1-What do you hope for this coming year that is different from other years?

2-How do you want to improve your life this year?

3-What do you want to contribute to your community to make it a better place?

4-How do you want to be different by the end of the year?

5-Whose life do you want to improve and how will you do that?

6-What changes are unfolding in your life that you need to cooperate with and what does that mean?

7-In what ways or ways do you want to deepen your spiritual life?

Take some time to contemplate your answers and hold them near and dear to your heart to raise your vibration.

And most of all, remember to play, dance and sing every day!

Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy, and peaceful New Year!

From Here to Eternity

June 14, 2018

If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.

Meditation, mindfulness, silence, and being present in the moment are all about quieting the mind and calming the body. If you have never done this, fifteen minutes of meditation can feel like an eternity.

Being still is something that is uncomfortable and foreign if you never were taught to do this. I know I didn’t grow up with parents that practiced this. We live in a very busy world. It is all about go, go, go and do, do, do. However what ever you want to do, be or have will come to you so much easier when we go within and calm your mind. Everything is created twice, once in the spiritual form and then in the physical. There are so many benefits you will get when you begin making a daily practice out of meditating.

I now meditate for fifteen minutes every day and am so much more peaceful, patient, happier and healthier. The things I desire come to me much more effortlessly too. It is as if the struggle has disappeared and I just allow the universe to met me half way in acquiring what I want.

So, if you are ready to be here now but touch the hands of eternity to manifest what ever you want into your life, begin your daily practice of meditation. If you need help beginning this, I would love to be your guide.

Get Into the Vibes!

July 21, 2015

We live in a 3 dimensional world, although we have discovered that there are at least 10 dimensions existing. String theory explains how the unseen vibration of the universe effects matter. So get into the vibe! How does this effect your life and does it really matter? Well if it effects matter, I believe it does matter. Since we know that matter is vibrating energy, you can consciously shift the frequency of energy through understanding this time, space continuum we live in and bring it back to your 3rd dimensional reality. Get into the vibe! All is one, and one is all. I am not a scientist, physicist, or mathematician, however I know that I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I know that my energy has a major influence on my health, wealth, and relationships. I know that thoughts are energy and the thoughts I am thinking effect my feelings and my feelings will reflect in the results I am attracting. So, if you want your life to improve, become conscious of  the thoughts you are thinking, the energy field you are in, which will shift your vibration, and you can travel through a work hole to the 10 dimension and back. Woo hoo, happy travels! Get into the vibes!10 dimensions

Prayer Works

April 8, 2015

Life is a prayer. I love this statement; When life is rough pray, when life is great, pray. I have come into the habit of praying every day. Actually, I practice prayer without ceasing. Which means, I am conscious of my thoughts, which are my prayers. Every morning, I wake up and ask God how may I be of service to my highest good. Every evening, I do the same. I feel and have come to know that prayer is not just in times of trouble, but also when times are good.  It is raising our consciousness with a deep feeling of gratitude that will connect us to God, and this is where are prayers are answered. Pray every day, even when times are good. Pray is a state of mind.

Develop the habit of prayer in your life. Be vigilant of your thoughts and what you are thinking. Your spiritual life will soon be richer, which will manifest into your physical world. So always remember, when life is rough pray, when life is great, pray too!pray

Having a Glorious Adventure

March 24, 2015

On the first day of spring here in New York, it was a cold snowy day. It was also a very magical day. There was a solar eclipse, solar flares, a new moon and the spring equinox, and on top of all that it was snowing! The last thing I wanted to do was to leave the warmth of my cozy home and venture out on a train into the city, but that is just what I did. I was invited to a spiritual happy hour by a very lovely young lady who I recently met. It was awesome. Only two other people showed up, however these people were so inspiring and delightful that it changed me forever. Spiritual happy hour was created by this woman who wanted to offer a sacred space to share, explore, and manifest our deep desires. What better time to do this then on the spring equinox, when things are shifting and emerging from the slumber of winter. The energy was ripe for it. The two other woman who were present had such vibrant energy, that it was contagious. One of them just quite her corporate job and in her terms described it as funemployment! How cool is that! She was heading off to Bali for a Goddess retreat and then, going to relocate to California. I asked if she knew anyone there or had a job lined up. She replied, no, you just have to take big risks in life if you want things to be different for yourself. Wow, I was so inspired. You never know who you are going to meet when you allow yourself to be open to possibilities. I changed that evening. A part of me was able to release some past conditioning and feel lighter. I booked a trip to Thailand the following day and allowing the universe to flow freely through me. At any time you too can be changed in a moment. That’s why we are here, to experience life. Helen Keller said, “Life is a glorious adventure, or nothing at all.” Make it a Glorious adventure.

The New Normal

February 17, 2015

We are living in a time of massive change that is quite unsettling for many people. If you are not equip with the tools to navigate these changes, you will be pulled under and expect things to settle down and go back to normal. However, there is no normal anymore, nor will there ever be a normal again. The new normal is constant change. We need to learn from the past, live in the now, and prepare for the future. That is, the new normal. Through the art of meditation, spiritual practice, cooperation, and creating new ideas for a sustainable future we can create a world that is collaborating for the good of all. We are living in the age of consciousness and waking up to the manifest, beautiful souls that we are.

However we can not continue to live life as usual. These are times of sacred activism and rethinking how we can assist others. This is the new normal. Together we can build a beautiful, sustainable brave new world. change quote socrates
