Some people need a wake up call to wake up! Why is it that so many people wait for a crisis to occur before they finally wake up? What is it about having to hit rock bottom to finally make a change? No one really likes to change but it’s the only really constant in life.
Procrastination only means that you do not respect and like yourself enough to do the things that will give you a life of a higher value. You might be afraid of the fear of failure, which is really the fear of being criticized, so you don’t begin and put it off. Day after day, you want to start but that fear subconsciously keeps you paralyzed. You make up all kinds of excuses why you can’t. Then before you know it, years go by and boom, some sort of crisis hits. It could be a financial, health, or relationship catastrophe.
At first the universe gives you a little nodge letting you know to start taking some action. Then, if you ignore it, you might get a louder alarm trying to wake you up. But if you continue to hit the snooze button, a crisis will interrupt your life. So, why wait? Action conquers fear. Don’t delay, start today! Need support? You’re not just what you eat, or do, or think. You are what you believe! A belief is only a thought that you have repeatedly been thinking for a long time. Belief is in your subconscious mind. If you repeatedly tell yourself something or if you repeatedly been told something you begin to take it on as a fact. However, a belief is not the truth. Beliefs can change. If you believe that you can heal from an illness, you will. The power of faith and belief is vital to understanding what you are capable of and what is causing the limitations in your life. Actually the placebo and nocebo effect is all based on belief. The mind is able to regulate hormones and neurotransmitters to regulate your body and how it transmits signals from outside stimulus. You must change your belief about something in order for it to materialize into its physical equivalent. It has to be totally absorbed into your subconscious mind for you to experience. You have to viscerally feel it in your body. It must become you.

The earth is very much like our bodies and minds. The earth is alive with all its rich resources that need to stay connected in order to provide the bounty that is always available when we take care of the small things, the things that are unseen. The microorganisms are what keep the earth alive. The tiny microscopic organisms that are working behind the scene that provide and help flourish the life-giving power to all the trees, plants and flowers. The same is true for our gut. We need billions of probiotic to keep our bodies healthy and functioning at its peak. Our minds also thrive on the micro-data that is stored in our subconscious mind to provide the resources we need to flourish in our daily lives. I call these entities my helpers. They are the powerhouse workers that sustain our lives. Most people are unaware of how important these microorganisms are in assisting our healthy earth, bodies and mind. Without them, life as we know it would not sustain for long. Everything is alive with consciousness and the more we become aware of this truth, cultivate and support these tiny beings, the richer our lives and the earth become. So tend your garden wisely. Do you get overwhelmed by all the people, places and things in your life? Many people are relying more and more on medication, alcohol, and illegal substances to calm their nerves and ease their mind. However, all of these external things are a quick fix to the problem and bandage to the real cause of what’s really going on. A Panic attack, is a feeling in your mind and body that overtakes your ability to function in a healthy way. It is as if your mind is being taking over by bandits. There’s mutiny in your mind, and you are wrestling with the enemy;yourself. The chatter, confusion, and sheer panic that is expressed in your body can feel like every nerve is on fire. So, how do you stop the madness? You must first understand that your conscious and subconscious mind are at odds. Next, you have to become aware of the negative emotions that have been stored in your subconscious mind and release them through practice, meditation, and techniques to calm and center the mind. There is help. In today’s busy world, you can find the peace within to withstand any storm that might be ragging outside of you. Once you find this stillness, this center of pure consciousness, you will transmute panic into faith and courage. It is possible and you can change your thoughts, feelings, and actions to live a peaceful life.
