Lift and Shift

What are you capable of? Do really know? Can you let go of the life you think you ought to live for the life that is waiting for you to fulfill? You see we all have a burning passion within us, ready to be unleashed, explored and discovered. But it will never be revealed to you until you allow yourself to let go of the known and step into the unknown.

It is in your greatest fears  that this secret is hidden. Facing them will uncover your strengths, vulnerability and courage. When your heart opens and connects with your spirit, you will know that nothing is impossible.

 

When you lift and embrace the enormity of what is possible, you will shift and believe in yourself like never before. Each time you take a step out of your comfort zone and shift into the blueprint of the unknown, magical things being to happen. It is as if the universe coalesces to bring you any possibility. All you must do is surrender and be open. A new life is waiting for you if you are ready to lift and shift. Are you ready?

The Junk In Your Head

The junk does not start in your trunk, it’s starts in your head! The junk will cause a funk. I know Iv’e been there!!! There have been times in my life where there was so much going on that  I felt completely overwhelmed. That junk keeps piling up and like weeds in the garden will continue to grow and over take your peace of mind. Bad habits begin to take over like eating to much unhealthy food, not having the energy to exercise and getting depressed. It feels like you just don’t know where to begin to clear out that junk. Well debunk that funk, that stinks like a skunk!

I know that the first thing I do to stop the thoughts that are creating a threat to my sanity is to get help. You must stop and realize that there is a power greater than ourselves. We have to ask for guidance from this universal source of love and surrender to this power. Next I being to gather my resources and focus on what I can do to get rid of the unwanted junk that’s causing the funk. I find things that I am grateful for and devise a plan that I can implement.

So if your feeling that your in a funk, ask for guidance.
