Lift Your Attitude

I’ve come to realize that my attitude will dictate every result I get in my life. I’m sure you heard this message too growing up.  Things like; if you had better attitude, you could get better grades in school, or, with an attitude like that you can go to your room, right?  The only thing is no one ever told us how to get a better attitude. What is attitude anyway?  Well the dictionary describes it as;

1-A position of the body or manner of carrying oneself, indicative of mood or condition.

2-A state of mind or feeling about some matter.

3-A way of behaving; disposition.

In other words, my thoughts, feelings, and actions must all be aligned in a positive way, for me to be perceived and received as authentic. When this happens, I will radiate with confidence.

To do this, I have to be willing and able to honestly look at the results I am presently getting in my life. I know that at the center of my being is love, truth and a life that is connected to a higher intelligence. I also know I have gotten mixed messages about myself and the world as I was growing up.  These negative messages have formed my behaviors and beliefs.  Even though they didn’t feel good, I grew up not realizing how these limiting beliefs affected my attitude and everything in my life.

Now I know that I can change my perception about those beliefs. I choose to align with my higher self and develop an attitude of gratitude. Once I begin to make that shift, my whole world will reflect these results back to me, as a mirror reflects an image. Choosing to take responsibility for your attitude will improve the quality of your relationships which will bring unimaginable abundance into your life. Every Day In Every Way

This is the kaizen principle. The kaizen method is the Japanese word for improvement. In business, kaizen refers to activities that continuously improve all functions of you business and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers.

It is constant and never- ending improvement every day to bring you and your business to a higher level.

What are you doing today that will improve your life? What are your thought feelings and actions?

What if you invested an hour each day to create new ideas or improve in some way? The mornings are a great time to contemplate and stir up your imagination to improve. Before the hustle and bustle of the day, the morning offers solitude and peace to really think about where you are and where you would like to go.

The natural laws of the life are to grow and thrive. If you plant a tomato seed in healthy soil, give it water, fertilizer, sun, care for it and remove the weeds that will try to take over, you will be rewarded with an abundant of fruit.

Well the same laws apply to your life. If you want to improve your circumstances, you must take the time to feed your mind with positive thoughts,  practice the kaizen method, and you too will be rewarded with an abundant of good things!

The only thing that holds us back from having everything we want is not being in alignment with our essence. I know for myself, that when I’m feeling off, things will not come to me in the way I desire. When I take the time to calm my mind and resonate with the infinite source energy that is every where, in every thing, at all times I resonate at a higher level that will attract to me the abundance that is always available. stick-manWhen our thoughts, feelings and actions are in alignment, we vibrate in a very high frequency to attract everything we desire.

We need to get clear on what we want and stay focused on that idea. Keep the thoughts that will bring the people, circumstances and opportunities to you, get totally engaged in that thought . Feel like it’s already present. Get all your senses engaged in the idea. Then take action to attract what you want. Do this over and over and over again and eventually it will manifest in to physical form.

What’s Eating You?

eating while negativeAre you eating fast food while doing things on your computer, driving, reading the newspaper or any other task that are robbing you of the shear joy of the meal. Or are you engaged in an argument at breakfast lunch or dinner? Or maybe your just thinking negative thoughts while your eating. Well if you are, you are also digesting toxins from the negative energy that you are picking up from your thoughts, feelings and actions. This can result in a host of dis-eases that will eventually lead to chronic physical conditions. Food is meant to be enjoyed. It is a sacred ritual that so many have forgotten to celebrate. I remember when I was a young girl in Bavaria, my grandmother would lay out a feast at her farm house and we would all get together and eat in a joyous atmosphere. It seems like we are all so busy and just grab something quick, eat quick and gobble down our meal. It is like were speed eating. Good food is nourishment for our body and the more we can slow down and actually digest this fact the more we will replenish our well being. So, for your next meal, may I suggest that you bless your food, put down the newspaper, shut off the TV, computer or phone, and be grateful for your food. Not only will the food be nourishing your body, the higher vibration will nourish your soul.

The Art of Thinking

Thoughts are fleeting, they come and go. We think of quite a lot of them through out the course of the day. But is there intelligence behind them? Thoughts like; What am I going to eat for dinner,  I need to bring my jacket to the cleaners or any of these kind of thoughts are not true thinking. They are just memorized behavioral patterns. To think clearly is like lifting weights. At first you begin with solving puzzles or maybe creating something small but new, then you can go to the next level with heavier weights, and move into a more focused and sustained level of thinking. You become consciously aware of your thoughts and stop reacted to the stimuli around you and respond with a sense of purpose. Thoughts can be likened to currency of energy. Where are you investing your time and energy? If your not thinking clearly, you are losing energy and just like money you will become bankrupt if you spend them on things that are not giving you a good return. So if you desire to think clearly and have more energy, be careful of the thoughts you think. If you want compounded interest, I suggest you invest in a coach to guide you in the right direction.  All the rest will fall into place.


How to Make Positive Lasting Change

change your mindOur bodies are actually an electromagnetic broadcasting station. That is, our thoughts are the electric signals that we send out into the universe and the magnetic resonance is the feedback signal that is returned to us. So if your thoughts are muffled,fearful, or any emotion (energy in motion) that is sending out waves of negativity, that is what you are attracting back to you. If you are living in joy, happiness,and peace that is what is returning to you. If your confused, you will be resonating static. Just like a radio or television station that does not have a clear picture or sound. So how do you create positive and lasting change? First you must understand the difference between the mind and the brain. The brain is an organ of the body. It is the switching station where thought is processed. The mind is activity, that is expressed through out your body. You must begin to fire new thoughts that lead to new choices. New choices lead to new behaviors, and new behaviors lead to new experiences, and new experiences lead to new emotions.

Ask yourself,does the outside world control you? To change you need to be greater that your environment.  You must create a vision in your mind before it can manifest as your reality.

You see everything is created twice, once in the mind and then into the physical. So if you want to create lasting positive change in your life, take a journey inside your brain and rewire to fire new thoughts. Do this over and over and over again, until you’ve created the lasting positive change you are seeking. You are the creator of your life!


Something New In Me

something newMany times I reread a book that inspired me, so I can connect with that inspiration again. When I do this, I find something new in the pages I am reading. However it isn’t something new in the pages, it is something new in me. You see, I am not the same person who read that book the first time. I changed, evolved, grew, and developed into more of who I was. There is something new in me. The message I needed to hear was received on a deeper level. It’s  mysterious how we can perceive things differently in time. When we have a spiritual practice, we are connected to infinite intelligence that is always guiding us. We are able to see things differently all the time. We become a channel for inspiration and divine guidance. Everything a person needs will come to you exactly when you need it, if you allow this guidance to enter your being. So stay open to new ideas, thoughts, people, books, or any message that is always there waiting to be seen with new eyes, ears, and feelings. Something new in you is right there, and something new in me is here, dear, and oh so near.
