Me Worry?

Life is difficult for everyone; everyone has bad days. Everyone has trouble in their life, because it doesn’t matter how rich you are: Sickness and trouble and worry and love, these things will mess with you at every level of life.

Lately it seems there is a lot for me to worry about. One of my daughters is having some health issues, my brother is also experiencing some health related concerns, my Mom is suffering from osteoarthritis and I seem to be the care taker of them all.

 

I can get caught up in the vicious cycle of worrying about everybody else and neglect my own self care or I can remember that everything will be fine when I let go and let God. I do my part and do what I can for today.  However worrying about it all only makes the problem bigger.

Worrying will only make matters worse because it will put me in a negative vibration which will attract more of the same.

Find a place inside where there’s joy, and the joy will burn out the pain.                                                                                                                                    Joseph Campbell

The secret is to keep your mind on the most joyful image and outcome you can. Train your brain to think of good things and you will attract more good things and then the worrying shrinks.

7 Day Mental Diet

positive thinkingWe become what we think about. This is an important truth that so many people forget. Our present living conditions reveal to us what our thoughts have been focused on. We have all heard, we become what we eat, and yes our physical diet is extremely important to our health. However our thoughts, contribute to our health in a much greater way. We become what we think about all day long. So what is on your mind?
Are you up for a mental diet? How about a challenge? Think only positive thought for 7 days. If you should find your mind drifting on to undesirable thoughts, then begin again at once, at that point to start again. Just like a food diet, train your brain to focus on only empowering thoughts. Thoughts that will lift you up. You will amazed as to how your life will improve on every front when you stay connected to the positive and good things around you. We become what we think about and if you want your life to improve in any way, whether it be health, wealth or wisdom, then take the challenge. This will be the hardest work you every did and the most rewarding.
I would love to hear the results of any one who is up for this challenge.
Nothing is good or bad, but thinking makes it so.
