“Let food be thy medicine and your medicine thy food.”
Feeling good and having energy to do what you want is so important. I always felt good but I wanted to bump that up to feel great! I always watched what I ate but I knew I could do so much more. My weakness was breads, pastas, cheesy chips and more cheese! Well, I decided to go back to my books on detox, and regain my vitality through wholesome foods. I am now in my 5th week of eating raw and juicing. The cravings were insane! I wanted some form of comfort food sooooooo bad!
But I stuck with it. I can finally say, I made it. My healthy microbiome is finally balanced and the cravings have vanished. I now feel as Tony the Tiger on Frosted Flakes would say Feeling GREAT! But all that sugar and wheat will never make you feel great. It might give you a sugar high and dopamine rush but in about an hour you will crash and burn! Not healthy. Foods have a vibration, frequency and energy to them too, and the more natural the source the higher the vibration which gets transferred into your body. You have what is called the gut-brain.
Unfortunately our foods have become non-foods. Between genetically-modified, processed up the wazoo, sprayed with pesticides, herbicides, insecticides, BGH (bovine growth hormones) and the preservatives and coloring added, is there any wonder why so many people have diseases?
Your best defense is your offensive. So, if you want to feel great, cleanse your body and eat foods from the garden. Hire a coach who is knowledgeable in nutrition and really feel the best you can be.

When we clear the physical clutter from our lives, we literally make way for inspiration and ‘good, orderly direction’ to enter.
How much is enough? Is more really better? If you are continually seeking more money and things, how can you enjoy what you already have? These are the questions you must ask yourself if you want to be truly wealthy. Always wanting more is actually a scarcity mind set. There is enough for everyone if you could shift your thinking and believing.
Coming from a scarcity mind set is why there is so much waste, addiction and greed in the world. We are running on empty! Enough is enough! In order to be really rich, you must create your own prosperity road map. You must align with the natural laws of wealth. You must become friends with money and establish a wealthy life style.
It really all comes down to feeling good enough. If you feel worthy and really embody this feeling, you will amplify your earning power and activate your wealth building skills in a healthy way!

There are millions of people every day, who play the lottery, hoping to win the big prize. The bigger the numbers get, the more people want to win. You got to be in it to win it!According to lottery officials the odds of winning a big windfall of about $540 million are 1 in $176 million. These are not very good odds. However, people still play, believing that they can beat the odds. Hey, someones got to win. There is also some pretty grim stories of peoples lives taking a turn for the worst when they did win. Five years after winning a large sum of money, most people filled for bankruptcy. Not only did they file for bankruptcy, many turned to gambling and drug addiction, went through divorce, committed suicide and murder. You sure do have to be in it to win it!
How about investing in yourself, instead? Set yourself some worthy goals. All you need is a pen, a sheet of paper and some time every day to write and think about what you really want. Then see yourself already in possession of those goals. You see, it’s not the goals themselves that will bring you success, it’s who you are becoming as you work towards them. They are lasting.
So, go ahead, wait on that long line and invest in a lottery ticket. If you want fleeting wealth, then believe in the slogan, you got to be in it to win it. Or, put your money in yourself for lasting wealth, and write a goal, that’s good for your soul.

Health really is your number one wealth. I recently got a cold and just felt run down. I needed to take a few days off to rest up and regain my energy. I just didn’t have the strength to do too much, so I listened to my body and did just that. I take very good care of myself and eat well, meditate, dance for exercise, as well as take long walks. However, in spite of all the care I give myself, I was working too much and not sleeping enough. My body is very sensitive and I know immediately when I over do things. When I don’t feel well, nothing else matters. It doesn’t matter how much money, success, things, or anything else I own. The only things that matters is regaining my health. Health is wealth. I am so grateful to be wealthy. I hope you take the time to stay healthy too.
